Summary:
A recently renovated first-floor flat in the pedestrian heart of old Monterosso, overlooking the characteristic Via Buranco. The dialect name recalls a prized native Ligurian grape variety, used for the region's traditional wines. We've thought of your first morning: croissants, biscuits, jam, tea and coffee are already waiting for you in the kitchen. 60 sqm, first floor, sleeps up to 5.
The Space:
A spacious living room with a double sofa bed and a double bed hidden behind a decorative curtain. Modern kitchen with Nespresso machine, elegant bathroom with shower, balcony over Via Buranco with a washing machine in the utility area. Air conditioning throughout the flat. A fifth guest can be accommodated thanks to the armchair bed in the spacious kitchen.
Guest Access:
First floor, no lift. Old Monterosso's pedestrian zone — a quiet, authentic setting.
The Neighborhood:
Monterosso's historic pedestrian area: beaches 5 minutes away, station 10 minutes. Loreto car park (nearby) and Fegina (large) both within walking distance.
Getting Around:
Loreto and Fegina car parks are within walking distance. The train station is 10 minutes away.
Other Things to Note:
Small and medium-sized dogs welcome for a €70 supplement.
We leave a few breakfast basics in the kitchen for your first morning (croissants, biscuits, jam, tea, coffee, portioned powdered milk, sugar); where a kitchen is available, also our award-winning extra virgin olive oil from a local producer whose mill and honey production can be visited on one of our experiences, plus salt and washing-up liquid, and washing machine/dishwasher pods where fitted. Bed and bath linen included, with shower gel, conditioner, body wash and hand soap. Professional cleaning throughout.
Our concierge office in Vernazza is open 9:30am-7:00pm from 1 March to 31 October; outside this period the office is closed, with presence available on request. We're always happy to welcome guests staying in any of the other villages too, whether for a quick hello or for advice on local experiences and activities.

Check-in handled by the Cinque Terre Riviera team. In Monterosso check-in is self: standard hours 3:00pm–7:00pm, then self check-in with emailed instructions until 10:00pm (phone assistance carries a €50 supplement). Heating switched off from 1 April to 1 November.

The apartment was very clean, well appointed and spacious for the two of us. The location was excellent, right in the main area but far enough to be quiet and peaceful. Would definitely stay here again if returning to Cinque Terre.

The host was very communicative and provided all of the information we needed ahead of check-in.
The “old village” of Monterosso where the suite is located is in the heart of what we pictured the quintessential Italian getaway experience to be. It is located close to everything, but just far enough away so there is no noise, not even from the trains. We loved having our own veranda to sit and have morning coffee outside.
We hope to come back to enjoy this place again!
