Great location, lovely apartment, I recommend it.

Great location, spa was a great bonus after a busy day walking. Well appointed apartment and quite modern, lots of lovely features. Very quiet although right in the middle of town, like a cocoon. Basics like body wash, dishwashing tablets etc provided. There were bottles of wine in the apartment but we weren’t sure if they were for us!

The extra folding bed had a broken leg that folded under when my son was on it. It didn’t have a view but it was very cosy.

Very great place to have vacation.the owner is nice to communicate.the house was cleaned very well. Owner provided lots of nice wine for us to choose from. Not far from nice restaurants and shopping area. No need to carry luggage for long stairs.

Outstanding location, luxurious apartment.

The apartment is modern, exceptionally clean and very large , perfect for a relaxing stay. Everything we needed was provided for and the location is perfect. Check in and check out was seamless, the walk with our luggage from the train station was easy enough but taxis are available almost right up to the apartment if necessary. There is a lovely small supermarket right by the apartment and plenty of beautiful restaurants and small shops. We would highly recommend a stay here.

A luxurious apartment with the coziest outdoor area close to everything in cinque terre!

A spacious cool apartment perfect situated in the middle of the village, close to everything. It is really well equipped and we didn’t miss anything. An extra plus for the fantastic outdoor area with jacuzzi, hammock and a really cozy atmosphere! The communication with owners were really smooth and they really made that extra effort to make our stay perfect😍 We highly recommend Piccolo Principe!

Perfect little oasis!

The location in Monterosso was perfect! Not too many stairs, and not steep. Restaurants and a small grocery within several feet. I would move in permanently just for the shower. Lovely little outdoor space. Private but super close to everything. Responsive owners if there were any questions. I would rebook in a heartbeat!

Amazing location and a hot tub!

Excellent location and easy to get to. The hot tub was an amazing feature-we used it three times on a two night stay. The washing machine was super helpful to have on site. We also found snorkeling equipment which we used -so fun. Would definitely stay there again.

Very clean and amazing location. Warm welcome from the host. Have stayed in a couple Airbnbs/hotels in Monterosso and this was my favorite. The whole group loved it! Bathroom is very modern and an amazing shower. Big closet so our whole group was able to store their belongings. Would definitely stay here again!

Blinds in bedroom are hard to get tight to block light from the light pole outside. This is super minor and nit picky. The whole group slept well and would definitely stay there again!

Not being able to access the apartment sooner. There was a place to leave luggage at a nearby wine shop, but check time is 4 PM firm!

Perfect location, lovely updated apartment. The girl who took us to the apartment was very nice and helpful.

I had messaged and called Lorenzo with no response. We arrived at the restaurant where we were told to get keys, and Lorenzo was working at the restaurant and was very abrupt and unhelpful.

Loved the historic outside in this gorgeous village and the modern renovation on the inside with beautiful art, aircon, bathroom comfy bed, outdoor shower, washing machine! It has everything you need and located in the heart of Monterosso! This was our favourite location and we can’t wait to go back! Do stay here!!
