This spacious 120 square meter apartment on two levels with spectacular panoramic views of the sea, the historic center, the port and the tower of Monterosso is located on the second floor. Access is via a footpath with 30 steps from the road. The house is bright with a living area on the ground floor and bedrooms and bathroom on the second floor. It is suitable for families and groups of up to five people.
The apartment, distributed over two floors, has a large living room with dining area and kitchen at the back on the ground floor. From the balcony you can admire the breathtaking view of the village and the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped and functional, with oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and washing machine that allow you to prepare meals in total autonomy.
On the second floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed and a single bed with a terrace with a sea view. The second bedroom has a double bed and a view of the hill and the village. The bathroom with shower completes the structure with all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay.
The apartment is for non-smoking guests only. The train station is only a 15-minute walk away and there is a car park (LORETO PARK) a 10-minute walk away. Shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and free and private beaches are just a few minutes' walk away.
