Apartment was very comfortable, great location and very clean. Smart tv wasn’t working for the streaming services as advertised but we understand there was an issue in the whole area. That was a bit tricky for young kids at night but not a huge deal.

Luisa was delightful! Her apartment was very clean and comfortable! It’s off the beaten path so it’s nice and quiet yet still convenient to the town. Would recommend!

The area was beautiful and the beach was nice. The apartment was good for our 5 people. Luisa was kind and bought us cakes to welcome us. Unfortunately, I left a family heirloom expensive necklace hanging in my room. I knew exactly where it was and my family saw it there and thought I had grabbed it before leaving. I immediately realized it in the taxi to the train station and messaged Luisa to let me in to retrieve it. I didn’t hear from her until much later. She advised me that her cleaning ladies didn’t find it, which is very strange because it was hanging for anyone to see. She has been telling me for over a week she will check the vacuum to see if it was in there and now she isn’t responding. So, it’s unfortunate because she was really nice and seemed genuine, but somebody took it. So, obviously I’m very upset. If only there was a way for me to have been able to get back in the apartment once we left. Oh well. Very sad and expensive lesson learned. I doubt the police would do anything, but I may file a report. Certainly there should be a way to retrieve left belongings, like a hotel would do. I guess not here.

Overall wonderful stay. Photos accurate and accommodation as described. Good communication at check in which made it easy to arrive and settle in. Minor recommendations: Limited dishes/cutlery in the kitchen. Beds comfortable. Pillows likely should be replaced as they are quite flat. 15 minute walk from train station. Close to restaurants, small grocery store, beach, and trails. We would go back if we were in Monterosso again.

The apartment is in a great position and had everything you could need including beach towels. The air conditioners were welcome relief in summer. Luisa was great to communicate with. We loved our stay and would totally recommend.

This apartment was PERFECT! It was so big, super clean and had everything we could need. The location was ideal (so close to everything but quiet enough to get a great nights sleep. The host was very attentive and also flexible when our travel plans changed last minute. I highly recommend staying here!

Despite the day-long train strike Luisa kept in touch with all of our updates almost immediately and was flexible enough to check us in much later than our anticipated arrival time. She acknowledged our exaustion and did a thoughfully quick yet comprehensive check-in. The apartment was super clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kicten was well equiped. And the general style eased us into our vacation. Given the oppurtunity to return to Monterosso this is the only place we would consider staying.

We loved staying at Luisa’s apartment for our trip to Cinque Terre. The building was an easy walk from the train station, even with luggage. Luisa met us at the rental, went over details and made some suggestions for restaurants. We would highly recommend this apartment.

We loved the layout and location in Monterosso. Our host was lovely and very flexible since we had trouble making final payment via Vrbo site. She even left us her favorite cake from a local bakery. We would happily stay here again! Thank you!

Stay in Monterosso apartment was a positive experience. Located just a couple of minute walk from the main strip of old Monterosso, close enough to all the restaurants and near to a grocery store. Apartment had great air conditioning. Owner communicated well with us . Only concern was the shower did not drain properly but otherwise apartment is description is accurate. Note, it is about a 10-15 minute walk to the new part of town, where most of the beach clubs are located and most of the evening action on the boardwalk was happening.

Luisa was amazing and meeting us for check in. The apartment is very spacious and the AC makes the place 10x better. WiFi is very reliable too and only a 10minute walk to the beach. Definitely recommend it if you are visiting the Cinque Terre

We had an absolutely amazing time in Monterosso. Luisa is a great communicator, met us at the apartment and reviewed the apartment and requirements . The apartment is a short 10-12 minute walk from train station. Plenty of great places to eat (Luisa recommends) within 3 minutes walk. Very close to the beach. Suggest you take a boat tour of Cinque Terre- stunning views.

Location was great, beautiful area. So very many restaurants. So much gelato! Host was very helpful & sweet. The miscommunication with Luisa was totally our fault. If we may make a suggestion, a lockbox would be very practical so host wouldn't have to meet vacationers uupon arrival.

What a beautiful town and beautiful area. This apartment was perfect. Clean, quiet, and near the beach and all the restaurants. Lui was a perfect host and she recommended all the best spots for breakfast and dinner. We enjoyed our hikes to Vernazza and Corniglia immensely, and being able to return to this apartment for rest was fantastic. Loved it here.

We hiked to and from Vernazza and Corniglia, and afterwards slept great in the quiet condo with comfortable beds. Also, Luisa was very helpful with information on restaurants and things to do. Nette Wohnung leider kein Aussicht auf das Meer wie in den Fotos suggestirt wird. Sehr sauber!!! Alles da in der Wohnung was benötigt wird. Tür zum Badezimmer klemmt ein bisschen was nervt wenn 5 Personen aufs WC gehen und die Tür immer aufreißen und zudrücken.
