Fabulous.

The apartment was huge with many rooms and each room with each own bathroom. The amazing view of the bay and the old city. We had a view to the sunrise every morning. The restaurant had the best food around, we tried various places. Close to shopping, markets, see. The housekeeping staff was very attentive. We had an absolutely fabulous time.

Garage was very tight to park bigger cars.

One of the best places in Budva

Big apartment, big rooms, comfotable beds, airconditioning in each room and a great view to the old city. The location is perfect and the staff is very friendly.

There is noisy bar just in front of the terrace, but the noise cancelation of the windows works well enough. Our car navigation tried to lead us to the pedestrian street twice, so be prepared if this is your first visit.

The only place to stay in Budva!

Our host Alexandra went beyond our expectations. She has been so very nice and helpful, and attended to any questions or inquires that we had. We highly recommend this property as it was close to the Old Town (5 minute walk). Highly recommended.

this is a stunning apartment

this is a simply amazing apartment. we stayed as a family of 4 adults in the 3 bedroom apartment. The views were insane. the apartment is absolutely lovely. two great bathrooms with power showers. washing machine was unexpected but handy. great location by old town. staff so friendly and helpful. restaurant was fantastic. would normally never eat in hotel restaurant but so good are there twice.

Large apartment but arrival by taxi is recommended

We appreciated the large kitchen with thorough selection of cooking utensils. Also, the clothes washing machine was convenient for our extended vacation. The apartment was generously sized, with three bedrooms and three and one half bathrooms, great for a family or multiple couples travelling together.

The hotel is hidden from street view with no identifying signage. There is an underground parking garage but access was from a narrow street that was reduced to one lane due to parked cars. Lighting in the garage was very poor and on timers, so as we were unloading our rental car we found ourselves in absolute darkness - very unpleasant experience. The view to the sea, about 100 meters away, included abandoned buildings surrounded by junk piles. It seemed we were located in the slum district.

Fantastic location with very friendly staff and great meals, albeit with some noise nuissance

Large flat, clean, great location, great sea view.

Large music noise until 1am almost everday from a pub facing this building. Complained to the receptionist but said they can't do anything. I am surprised there is no noise control regulation in Montenegro to deal with this. The 3-bedroom flat wifi at anytime only allow max three connections. However it has four beds, and accommodate 5 people, so the setting should be up to 5 connections per room.

Negative experience - be careful for parking spots!

Nice view and location.

We have paid extra fee for underground hotel parking spot for 6 days. When we were leaving it turned out that our front windshield is damaged due to water leaking from the ceiling. At that time we didn't know that it's so hard to remove damage from the windshield. We have contacted the hotel and asked for compensation and so far the issue is not resolved (we left the hotel at the beginning of September 2021). After we asked booking support for help the proposed solution was to come back to Budva (1600 km away from our location) and they will fix it on their own. They contacted us one week after our stay which makes it even more ridiculous and definitely is not acceptable from four star hotel.
