Convenient, Unattentive, Potential

During my recent stay in Budva, I was drawn to the hotel by its appealing facade and prime location, which I had spotted from the car. The room itself was comfortable, and the complimentary parking was a nice perk, making logistics easier. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the old town was convenient for exploring the area on foot.

On the downside, the lack of in-room coffee or tea facilities was a noticeable omission. The staff, while accommodating in granting a late check-out, were generally indifferent and somewhat cold, with the breakfast team more focused on their phones than on guest service. The unexpected power and light cut-off during my extended stay was an inconvenience. Despite these issues, I enjoyed my time there and hope for improvements in the future.

Clean and good location

Reception staff never smile and gives rude answers. When I remind them to smile, she told me I should smile first. House keeping starts cleaning at 08::00 next room with a lot of noise. Breakfast poor forcing people to eat at their pizza restaurant. They use small coffee cups for tea. They say they have car park but its impossible to find a space. Inside its a big mass. I parked outside and paid 13 Euro. Check out time 11:00 :)

Not recomandable / To be avoided

Same breakfast everyday ( old food from the previous days), rotten cakes ( there are pictures about it ), etc.

Very poor management - f.e. Mr. Milos Nikolic - unable to solve our problem, he was hiding behind doors in order to avoid eye-contact with me / us. If you have any problem, you have to fix it yourself, you are just loosing ( precious time ) explaing to reception desk guy, to sales manager or even general manager, they are said yes yes but are doing NOTHING. You can encounter several problems but they are unable to help you. PS. If you had been hit on the beach and you have any complaints about it, don't share it with the hotel management, they are unable to fix it. Update ( I forgot some aspects ): 1. Cold water in the external pool, unable to use it. 2. TV didn't worked for 1 day despite the fact we claim it ( twice ) at the reception desk. 3. The hotel manager was unable to answer to my request and Mr miklos was hiding behind doors ( we saw you ...) because he knew he has a wrong approach, we were theirs guest for 12 days ( twelve ) for a price of over 2100 Euros. 4. Fake taxi ( with no taxi logos, counter, etc ) are hand-in-hand with the reception so please take care of you.

I was impressed by the cleanliness and the quality of the room furniture. Moreover, what particularly made me rate their services so high is the breakfast offer: varied, with dishes for vegans as well, perfectly served near the swimming pool outside.

Excellent hotel

The hotel is so cute and cozy, the location is great (around 10 mins away from the old town). The breakfast is delicious and they provide a wide variety. The room is spacious and has all the toiletries. There’s also a very nice cafe and restaurant in the hotel with a rich menu.

This Hotel is perfect place for families.It has everything you need in one place.The hotels breakfast is really nice.Also the restaurant that is a part of the hotel has really good food and very nice staff. Always clean, staff very friendly and especially friendly with kids as babies. 10/10. We will visit again for sure.

A bit disappointed, but ok overall.

1. Clean rooms, Cleaning service is really good 2. Good A/C 3. Good location 4. Nice breakfast, but it was mostly the same every day

- no kettle, cups and tea in the room - wifi signal is extremely bad. You can’t really do anything with it. - reception staff is not really friendly and not responding to requests from the first attempt, need to prompt them multiple times. overall, it felt like the staff were afraid to interact with guests. - The SPA area needs significant repairs. The hammam was faulty and caused the electrics to shut off. It also seems to have never been serviced, as there was a strong smell of limescale and the scale container was completely full. - You cannot request an iron — only paid laundry service is available.

We loved the hotel and the restaurant downstairs

Nice and relatively new hotel, pretty spacious, clean rooms with cute balconies, good shower. Breakfast is tasty, restaurant downstairs is wonderful, very popular place, delicious food, we liked it a lot. Also was nice to have the underground parking, although it was a little bit small. Remember to make sure that you have booked the parking lot in advance, they can forget. 10-15 walking from old city, bakery and market near to the hotel

The WiFi signal is weak, room in the end of the corridor doesn’t have WiFi at all. Ladies at the reception are kinda rude and not that helpful

The best option in Budva without thinking.

The property is great,located in the “city center “ but it’s still very quiet. First at all,all the people in the hotel,from manager to the cleaning ladies,receptionist,waiters,cooks and the rest are great. They take care of their customers and it feels like home. The pool is great,and it’s escape from the craziness which is Budva. 😁 The room is perfectly clean,the restaurant is great and everything it’s offering is great. 11/10 👌🏻

We have stayed at Moskva several times over the last 5 years always found it value for money.

The food . Breakfast while having quite a varied selection is not particularly very tasty. Equally the restaurant food is not very well cooked. This could be a matter of taste of course. But then if you are looking for good food Budva is not the best choice.

Very enjoyable but too expensive

I really enjoyed the atmosphere in the hotel. I enjoyed the architecture, the interior and the rooms with a hint of a luxurious vibe. They have a garage but there were also very convenient parking spaces right in front of the hotel. I forgot a small bag for my toiletries. It seemed a bit of a problem at first but in the end and maybe does not happen often for them. But in the end, they were handling it well and very friendly.

I don't think the hotel offers enough to justify this price (190 EUR per night for a single person double room). The services offered are in line with a 4 star hotel but it seems expensive for a 4 star hotel.

I loved the breakfast. Lots of choices. Dining room was clean. The room was clean. The hotel was in the centre of the city. We walked everywhere it was very convenient. I was very happy that there was parking available under the hotel.
