Friendly and welcoming owner, nice place, and conveniently located near important boulevard!

We stayed two nights in this apartment during low season (februari). It was a nice place, and the lady who manages it lives in the same building, which gave us flexibility during the check-in process. She was available for questions and helped us throughout our stay.

The location was quite hidden—especially at night—which caused us some stress upon arrival. We arrived late in the evening during heavy rain and initially thought our navigation had made a mistake, though that turned out not to be the case. We had just entered Montenegro and had no internet connection, which definitely contributed to the difficulty in finding the place—so this part was partly our own mistake. That said, it was very dark and there were no visible signs or clearly lit entrances. We initially believed we were on the wrong side of the building, as we had driven into what looked like a parking area or the back of an apartment complex, with no obvious or illuminated doors. This could likely be improved with better lighting; clearer signage or a better explanation upfront. This is feedback - not a complaint! You just need to know where the apartment is to find it in the dark...

great service from Nikolaj - stayed longer to help tune tv to english, popped by to collect rent on really flexible terms, and weekly cleaner was good too

only thing was that one duvet needed a clean, but i think i was prob first to use it this year, so prob a bit stale room last year

Nice, stylish place with a good location. Great value for money!

Received no instructions for check in beforehand. Basically you have to call them or otherwise inform them that you have arrived since nobody stays at the property. Small plastic containers of shampoo and soap are provided, would be better that there were bigger containers in order to avoid unnecessary use of plastic. No salt, oil or other such basically items in the kitchen.

Просторная студия с полноценной кухней, большим холодильником и даже духовкой! Есть стиральная машина, большой шкаф. Комфортно для длительного проживания 2 человек. Очень близко к променаду, старому городу, ресторанам и магазинам.

Мебель уже довольно старая, освежить ремонт тоже бы не помешало. За такую цену хотелось квартиру чуть свежее. В соседней квартире живут неадекватные люди, которые постоянно орут. Это может мешать полноценному отдыху.

Konum olarak Budva Old town’a 10dk, sahile 7-8dk yürüyüş mesafesinde. Ev temiz geniş ve ferah ve kullanışlı.

Bahsedildiği gibi bir deniz manzarası yok. Direk deniz manzaralı evde kaldım ama yandan ve uzaktan görüyor. Tam önünde devasal bir inşaat var ve bütün manzarayı kapatıyor. Binanın otoparkı olmasına rağmen sizin arabanıza izin verilmiyor en yakın otopark 7-8 dk yürüyüş mesafesinde ve günlük 15euro en az 5 gece girebilirsiniz diyorlar 4 gece kalmamıza rağmen 5 gece parası vermek zorunda kaldık.

Спасибо большое Яне- она очень добрая девушка любезно нам предоставила 56 апартаменты. Они находятся в самом красивом месте города - около красивой набережной и старого города , до моря -3 минуты пешком, рядом большой продовольственный магазин - Мега, куча кафешек. До автовокзала можно дойти пешком за 10 минут. Это огромные шикарные апартаменты в комплексе в новом доме из белого камня, который не нагревается даже в самую жару, мраморный белый подъезд, лифт, с новым ремонтом, новой мебелью, новой техникой, с панорамными в пол окнами, большим балконом и видом на море и остров Св. Николая. Все очень чисто, в апартаментах все есть- кухня, вся посуда, плита, большой холодильник, посудомойка, абсолютно бесшумные мощные кондиционеры в зале и спальне, в туалете стиралка , порошок, мыло, гели, шампуни, небольшое окно и даже обогреватель, много полотенец больших и маленьких, постель и полотенца все белоснежное, вкусно пахнет. Благодарим Яну за помощь и ее доброе сердце , что помогла с апартаментами, все время была на связи - подсказывала и всячески помогала.
