The terrace, the cleanliness, comfortable beds. Very friendly hosts.
There was not much room in the kitchenette to prepare breakfast. The was just bare minimum of cookware and cutlery. No other supplies like pepper, tea or coffee.

We really liked the hotel! Price quality is 100%! Clean, there is a balcony, very good location, to the beach “mogren 2” can be 20 minutes on foot, to the old town 10 minutes on foot! There are all the grocery stores and cafes nearby! Separately, I would like to mention the very nice, friendly owner of the hotel, he called us a taxi to the airport, took care! Also a very pleasant maid to talk to! I recommend it!

Perfect location and amenities. Dragan and the cleaning staff are exceptional and I would 100% recommend this property. They made my whole experience in Montenegro with their hospitality, and the property itself was perfect!

“We had a wonderful stay at Villa Richter. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. A special thank you to Dragan for his kindness and support. During an emergency situation, he went out of his way to help us and even personally drove us to the airport. We are very grateful for his care and hospitality. We came from Azerbaijan and felt truly welcomed. We will definitely stay at Villa Richter again when we visit Montenegro in the future. Highly recommended!
