Best family appartments in Budva

It is very clean. Located in the center, near the main streets. Hosts are very kind people, (Hi Dragan!). They live and work there as a family, you will feel yourself as a big family member 😊

Just to help the hosts to be even better ;) need to fix the shower cabin leakage, forgot to tell them there, anyway, small minor thing.

A pleasant place to stay in Budva. Kind staff, clean rooms, beautiful garden.

Beautiful garden and spotless rooms. The host is the kindest man on planet Earth, very easy-going and friendly. Would recommend. Amazing location, everything is within walking distance (beaches, clubs, cafes, bakeries, supermarkets) but you still have peace and quiet. Every room has a beautiful balcony with an even more beautiful view.

Was really tough to find a hiking trail nearby. Had a little trouble communicating with the Russian-speaking cleaning staff.

Fantastic location for Budva Old Town and beach. Excellent standards of cleanliness and maintenance. Friendly and helpful owners who responded very promptly to requests. Quiet area with supermarket at end of the road. Thank you!

Everything was good.

Room is closed to bus stop and also closed to old town. Dragan pre-heated the room for us, because we visit Budva on January and it was little bit cold. Our room has a balcony and ıt was cozy. Everything was amazing.

Good location, close to everything. The room is very comfortable. The host is very nice. The restaurant recommended by the host is a very popular one with delicious food at a reasonable price call L&M.

Could be better if the spray of shower can be fixed on the upper wall so you don’t need to hold it when you shower. But it’s not a big problem. I would also suggest a microwave to heat milk or bread for breakfast.

Dragan and his family are lovely. Dragan’s hospitality is outstanding. It was comfortable and calm stay. They even washed our laundry.

If you are ok with short walk to centre,there is nothing to worry about. Otherwise you can find a place inside of the castle.

The room was nice and had a balcony. It is located in a quiet area but still at a good location, you can easily walk to the old town or the beach. Check in and check out was very uncomplicated and everyone working was really friendly. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks again!

Lovely room and garden, exceptional cleanliness, close to the beach and Budva Old Town (10 min by foot). Parking is available. What we liked the most is that unlike in most apartments, the room is being cleaned and towels are changed every day. Dragan is the best host we have ever had! Highly recommend!

An awesome place like its owner

Dragan(the owner) was amazing person, coffee is always a good idea for him. He was ready to respond every requests. The lady who cleans our rooms was so cute and shy, her English is not the best but she always tries to help you whatever you want. Rooms were always super clean, towels was changed whenever we want. Budva Old Town is 10 minutes away from the place by walk. Everything was perfect with reasonable price.

I have no bad ideas to say about our stay. Everthing was perfect.

Fantastic location and hosts

I really enjoyed my time at Villa Rihter. The hosts were absolutely lovely. I arrived during the late evening and they were waiting to welcome me and provided tea. The room was decently sized with all the basic necessities to make it comfortable with ample storage space, a bar fridge and a nice balcony. The hosts also took care of the registration for me so I could continue sight seeing. When I had to get a ticket printed out, they were able to help me with that as well - providing exceptional customer service. There was also daily cleaning with new towels which was lovely. It is also a good location, about 6 min walk to the local bus station, 13-15 mins to the main bus station and 10 mins to old town.

The accommodation itself was amazing! The only small downside is I did not see any signs indicating the accommodation so in the dark and with no internet it was just a little bit hard to find!

Everything was excellent! Room was nice - there is a tv and air-condition, we also had a small terrace. The owner is such a great person. He welcomed us in the evening and made us a tea. During our stay he helped us a lot. Our flight back home was in the evening and he let us to leave our luggages so we could spend all day without them. He also arranged the transport from budva to podgorica airport for us. We are very thankful, and if we will ever back to Montenegro we will definitely choose the same place to stay! Many thanks to ladies from housekeeping - it was so nice to go back home every day and see our room so clean.

We really liked it and recommend it to others. The place is really very convenient. Apartments near the sea, 7-10 minutes walk from the sea. The host was very nice and helpful. The cleanliness of the apartment - it couldn't be better! Every day the housekeeper cleaned our room, changed towels etc. i.e Thanks for everything. It was a wonderful time in Budva.

Easy check-in and check-out, just great bed and good room in general. Very quiet place with magnificent view on the town (from the room) and on the mountain (from the stairwell). Not far away from the old town and embankment with restaurants.

The room was kind of small but nice. It was kind of hard to find though esp if you don't have wifi. The staff was very nice and accommodating and friendly too. There's a balcony too that's included and that was a bonus. My husband and I enjoyed the view from the balcony. Overall, I would recommend this place for budget seekers out there.

Really helpful owner. Made us a hot drink on arrival and helped us to park our car. Cleaned the room daily for us and gave us fresh towels. 5-10minute walk to the old town and a bakery and shop 2 minute walk away. Couldn't fault the place, would stay here again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in a lovely room hosted by some really nice and friendly people. The bed in my room was extremely comfortable and I slept soundly throughout the night. The attention to detail in the room was evident and I appreciated all the thoughtful touches that were provided to make my stay as comfortable as possible. All in all, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend this room to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.
