nice week in Budva

Surprisingly, the property appeared to be much better in reality, than on pictures. I was afraid of the top floor, expecting an extreme heat, but in fact, the air conditioning worked quite well, comfortable temperature was achievable within minutes. The property is old but well maintained, clean. Windows are soundproof, the noise from the street is not bothering in the night. The room has a small fridge, iron, hairdryer, large balcony and safe. Excellent location, in immediate proximity to the food market (tasty local cheese and fruit) and big food store, not far from the beach, seaside, cafes. We enjoyed that food stores work till 23, just be aware that they are closed on Sunday. The host responded fast via Booking chat, he kindly waited for our check in late in the night. Overall, for its money, this was a great place to spend a week.

The bathroom needs renovation, however if you tolerate little signs of mold (common problem in Montenegro, afaik), you'll be fine.

Very nice apartment. Close to everything. Had a parking spot onsite for 6 cars (€15). Beach and restaurants walking distance. Clean and comfortable room.

Amazing location and staff very helpful with everything.

Wifi only worked in the bathroom not anywhere else in the room. Shower was a trickle - not very good but useable. Easily fixed by investing in a new shower head.

Cheap and clean

We had a family room and it was clean and spacious, the air con worked well.

The shower didn’t have a holder so you had to hold the shower head to wash! We were given one toilet roll for 3 of us for 3 days, the beds were hard and uncomfortable and reception lady was quite rude with us.

We arrived a bit earlier and the host offered to welcome us. She was very polite and nice. We parked our car in the parking befor the check in. Everything was clean, quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The location was near Zelena Market, near the beach 1 minute by walking. Highly recommended.

The location is just perfect - 5 mins to the beach, all the restaurants, big mall and even the laudry service is just around the corner called "Pingvin". The lady at the reception speaks Russian. For a nice dinner and amazing view we went to Tre Cannes hotel which is also 5 mins away.
