Great hotel, central location but not noisy. Hotel is modern and with blackout curtains in the bedroom which is a huge bonus. Parking is under the hotel and secure.

O check-in presencial foi simples e rápido. Recomendo e voltaria a me hospedar.

We really enjoyed our stay here, couldn't have picked a nicer place! The location was perfect and within walking distance of everything. Parking was convenient with parking both at the front of the building and underground options available at 15 euro a day. I couldn't get over at how fresh and clean everything felt and smelled! As soon as you walk into the building, it smelled luxe, as did the rooms themselves. The linen smelled incredible, I've never smelled anything like it! The room was cleaned and new towels were provided on day 3 whilst we were out. We had an issue with the air conditioning, so the staff got a technician to come the next day while we were out to fix it. Online it says that check in is at 2pm, but it's actually at 2:30pm. Our room wasn't ready till 3:25pm. It also says that check out is at 10am, but it's actually at 9:30am. Given the small issues encountered, I requested for a later check out and the staff were accommodating and allowed for it. Overall, a fantastic stay and we would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly!
