It was very disappointing price ratio value.

The location was excellent only 3 minutes from the city center. However if you’d like to spend your time in Mogren beach that is a 15-20 minute walk.

The room arraignment is not good the AC is in front of the bed which means it blows the cold air directly to you and it wasn’t cleaned. We stayed 7 nights and the only cleaning was the change of towels and making up the bed. The floor was full of pebbles from the beach after 3 days and nobody cleaned it. In top of that the receptionist told my girlfriend to not wipe her face (after she washed with makeup remover and clothes) in the towels because it is hard to clean the makeup residue. Nowhere before told us this. The breakfast contained very cheap quality meat products, pre-bagged bread which they took out in front of the quest and watered down juices. Also they had no alternative dietary products. The 90% of the breakfast was the same everyday.

The room was clean if a little tired. The location was a 5min walk to the beach but the area is currently under renovation, so it’s not the greatest looking. It would have been helpful to know the reception is shared with Hotel Fagus prior to arriving. Breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful.

Very nice hotel, modern, big rooms, nice bathroom. Delicious breakfast is in the neighbour hotel with a lot of different food to choose and tasty coffee. About 300m to nearest beach and 500-600m to clean and better beach and sea. Good location: close to the center, restaurants ect. Nice and helpful staff

There is no parking space except for couple (4 or 5) of spaces for 5€/day so it could not be available and it is impossible to find free spaces in Budva. There is no elevator in hotel, for us it wasn't a problem, but for elder people it might be. Wifi works just terrible

A luxe experience from a warm, friendly group of folks. Book it.

Absolutely fabulous! We had such a great time at Villa Dvor Kornic. The staff was warm and knowledgeable, and made us feel right at home. The service was exceptional. We loved the buffet and restaurant and the area around the hotel. Super safe and full of life. As someone visiting from the USA, we felt very taken care of, and had never had an experience like this before. We can't wait to come back, and would strongly recommend for couples and families wanting a beautiful getaway.

Great room in a perfect location.

The location was very close to the beach and the breakfast was excellent. A great selection.

WiFi in our room did not work. This issue was reported to staff in numerous occasions and nothing was done.

It was a pleasant stay but the instalation issues need to be solved in order for price to match the value.

The staff is incredibly polite and helpful. Breakfast is great. Location is perfect and close to the beach, bus station (for international and regional transport)and still in a very quiet and safe area. The room is comfortable, clean and towels are changed regularly.

There are two main issues with installations - ventilation in kitchen (aspirator does not work and draws in odors and hot air from the laundry drying room) and plumbing in the bathroom(water does not drain from the shower cabin and with three people in the room is very problematic). We asked for these problems to be solved but that was not the case.

Breakfast and Location were perfect. I met with the owner of the Hotel, he was very good and kind man. He was helping and understanding us with any problem we met and solved them very quickly. Also the Rooftop pool was awesome, I spent very good time with friends.

First room was not good due to the 4th floor. That building had not the elevator, so we asked to the owner to change it. He solve that problem very quickly.

The location is excellent if you want to be near the old town. The old town is probably the only thing left worth to see in Budva.

Although the staff were really nice, and the breakfast was good, there was no warm water in the shower, and there was no functional TV (the power cable was missing).

It was nice experience.

Very nice breakfasts and friendly stuff. Cool balcony with the table, close to the Old City, supermarkets, pharmacy, and a bunch of beaches and restaurants. Reception could help with arranging transfers to and from the Tivat Airport(25 Euro).

Wi-fi was working very unstably and slowly. P.S. Pay attention that supermarkets in Budva don't work on Sundays.
