Casual friendly accomodation in heart of the town

Excellent location, practically in the heart of the city. No more than a 5-minute walk to the promenade, city beaches, cafés, shopping mall, and ATMs. A big advantage is the available parking space, as it’s very difficult to find parking during the high season. Friendly staff.

The hotel is not brand new and doesn’t have high-end renovations or luxury interior materials — it feels more like a casual, friendly guesthouse. And I'm not sure it is disadvantage. There was a slight smell in the bathroom, possibly due to some recent interior changes or older plumbing. Hopefully, this has already been fixed. Anyway didn't affect or stay anyhow.

Best in town

Very nice hotel with nice owners. They answered all of our questions and they carried bags in & out. Location is great, nearby restaurants, supermarkets and shopping mall. 10 minutes walking distance to Budva Stari Grad ( Old Town) and 5 minutes walking to Slovenska Beach. Easy parking.

Best in Balkans

We had our best accommodation in entire Balkans tour. Free parking is very huge plus as many other hotels either don’t provide parking or provide with fee but Villa Merci has free parking without any drama. Our room was very well decorated and very comfortable. It had kitchen and balcony with nice Mountain view. Hotel and our room were spotless clean. Hotel was in the center but in a quiet street , close to beach, restaurants and Old town. Staff provided very friendly and warm service and welcoming. We recommend Villa Merci.

It was worth every eurocent

Location is extremely good - 5 minutes of walking to the buss station, 5 minutes of walking to the beach, 5 minutes of walking to the city centre and 2 minutes of walking to the restoran "Aquarius"

There was a pleasent greeting. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful. The premises were near the beach and centre.

The parking is difficult, but that's because of the growing tourism.. We were lucky to be able to park outside the Villa.

Super location and great accommodation!

We had a 2 BR apartment with a balcony and it was spacious with a little kitchenette. Check in was easy and quick and we got help with our luggage. It was great that they gave us 2 sets of keys as we tend to come and go at different times. Both managers are very responsive and helpful . The location is very convenient and within walking distance to everywhere. The bus station is less than 10mn away.

The place is very close to the center and beaches, it has parking and our room had huge balcony. The owner is very nice person. If we ever go there again we will definitely book these apartments.
