Pros: nice, affordable apartment... comfortable beds, nice balcony, host is a nice lady

You need to walk uphill (if you don't have a car) at least 300-400 meters, which can be daunting with luggage. The kitchen has a hot plate which takes a lot of time to get heated (practically useless)... the address on booking.com is not exact, house number is 2,6 not 24.

Super location with a caring touch

The host was really nice and welcoming. The guests from the room we initially booked decided to extend their stay so we got an upgrade to a better room for free. The location is amazing — 10 min walk to the main bulevar, yet very quiet and quaint. For given price it’s a gem.

Small lamp near the bed would be nice, we only had ceiling light.

On the hill by the sea

The location is perfect. Close to the sea, to the Old Town, yet still a bit away from the main road. There's a private parking, so it's one less thing to worry about. The host was very nice. The room itself was very comfortable, the bathroom, although shared, was always clean. Highly recommend.

I believe this is great value for the money.

no hand soap in the bathroom; no thash can in the room; dishes avaliable but no dish soap to clean them; online its stated that room has a coffee machine but in reality its a gas cylinder with one cooktop and a pot; hot water runs out very quickly; adress is different than stated on booking

A comfortable stay fair for the price we paid :)

It was a room with simple furniture but clean and comfortable and we had all the necessary for 1 night of stay. The owner was very sweet and although she did not speak english or italian she tried to communicate with us and give us all the necessary for our stay. The shower in particular was great since it had a very high water preassure.

Maybe the Tv could have been nicer but honestly who needs the tv when you go on holiday :D

It was a family led nice place with very friendly owners. They are having an own bakery and once they brought a plate of delicious cakes for me. The small balcony with table and chairs was a big bonus. (It is a pity that high modern buildings were constructed and are under construction at seaside, which kill the beautiful view.) Just a small walk distance from the town and beach, but still very quiet surrounding.

Booking.com gives Privomajska 12 as street and number, but the object is at Prvomajska 26. That confused me, when loooking for the room. But I needed just to ask, everybody seem to know the baker family making the "best kolac".

We enjoyed our stay but the address provided was not correct, there was nobody there to meet us (however, they came very quickly after a phone call) and the small room was too cluttered.

Easy to find. Old lady spoke none english but managet to use body language.

View wasn't as expected but anyhow. Cleaning wasn't that good and room seemed to had a smell for non being aired.

Perfect for a rest after a day on the beach

Small but comfortable room with a big wardrobe to put your things in, fridge, plates, cups, cutlery and a cezve so you can make turkish coffee or boil water (one gas cooker outside). We had a small balcony with chairs and table which was very nice too. Good location - walking distance to the old town, beach and bus station. Just a little bit uphill, but there is a shaded shortcut so no problem. Supermarket and bakery nearby. The owner was nice and gave us some magazines about the history of Budva.

Location is very good as it's only 5 minutes walk from the old town and under 10 minutes from both beaches. Easy recommendation.

Что было место на 31 декабря. Что-то дотянула это до последнего момента и у всех отелей выросла цена и не было мест.

Не поняла, что душ и туалет был на 2 номера. Как-будто вернулась в студенческое время. Еще номер был усталого вида с бабушкиным ремонтом и мебелью. Например, телевизор стоят большой квадратный.

Гарний вид з балкону, 10 хвилин ходьби до центру і до пляжу, туалет хоть і був спільний але завжди був чистий, господарі дуже привітно зустріли, аж відчувалось що ми були бажаними гостями

Я б поставив на балконі якусь перегородку тому що інколи не зручно коли ви сидите на балконі і зліва від вас сусідній балкон який огороджений лише маленький парканом через який можна перелізти на сусідній балкон

A senhorinha que toma conta do lugar é um anjo, muito simpática (apesar de não falar inglês - mas sem problemas, ela ensina algumas palavras em montenegrino rs). Cheguei um pouco antes do horário de check-in e ela me ofereceu suco, um lugar pra sentar e me fez companhia enquanto o quarto era limpo - quarto este bem espaçoso, com varanda, varal e ar condicionado potente.
