Room was comfortable and clean with a very nice big terrace. It has a everything you need like AC and a fridge. There was even a small bottle of wine as welcome :) Owner is nice and explains everything very well. Really great value for money.

Good accomodation

The owner Yury is very helpful and he can give you a lot of important information. He is also very friendly so it is really a nice place to stay. You are also quite close to the city centre and to beaches.

I didn't like the fact that i couldn't pay by card even if on booking the property is labelled as accepting credit cards

The owner of the guesthouse and Katerine are very nice and helpful. The guesthouse is far from away old town 1 km and you can go by walk 15 min and near the bus station as well. We really enjoyed it. Hope to see you again.

Благодарим хозяина виллы Будванка Юрия за тёплый приём! Если снова приедем в Будву, то только сюда! Прекрасное местоположение! Вилла расположена не в центре города, но рядом с ним. Всё в шаговой доступности: Центральный рынок, городской пляж, прекрасный пляж Могрен, старый город, автобусная станция, а также магазины, аптеки и др. Важно учитывать, что дорога из центра города до виллы хоть и небольшая, но в некотором месте имеет маленький подъём. Для нас это не было проблемой. Проживали в улучшенных апартаментах и остались очень ими довольны. Номер достаточно просторный, с балконом (великолепный вид на горы), постельное бельё и полотенца всегда чистые. Есть небольшая кухня, стиральная машина. Уборкой номера остались довольны. С wi-fi проблем не было, работал стабильно.

Отдыхали 11 дней, с погодой повезло - не было ни одного дождливого дня несмотря на конец сентября. Апартаменты выбирали по соотношени ю цены и качества и не ошиблись. Довольно просторное помещение со всеми необходимыми условиями для жизни.Расположение нас также устроило: центр города и море находятся в шаговой доступности, а небольшой под'ем позволял избавиться от лишних калорий. Обслуживание организовано очень хорошо и, что не мало важно, всегда можно получить практический совет по вопросам отдыха а Будве. Юрий.

Legjobb a terasz vot. Hatalmas, szőlőlugas majdnem az egész felett, ami pont akkor ért. Egyedül a grillezési lehetőséget hiányoltam. Az elhelyezkedése nagyon jó!

A legnagyobb negatívum az ágyak voltak. Nagyon kényelmetlen egyszemélyes ágyak amit rendesen összetolni sem lehetett. A fürdőszobában kellemetlen szag volt, szerintem a zuhanyzó függönye lehetett. Nem szennyvíz szag.

Чистые и аккуратные номера. Приветливый и заботливый персонал. Большой плюс - стиральная машина в номере. Очень удобно для многодневного путешествия или семей с детьми.

Далековато от центра ( в обеденное время было сложно возвращаться в гостиницу по солнцу).

Апартаменти чисті, все є необхідне для проживання, додатковим бонусом була пральна машинка, що було дуже зручно. Розташування зручне, до найближчого пляжу 12 хв, до старого міста до 20 хв., магазин поруч. Власник привітний, допоміг нам зорієнтуватись по місту. Заселив нас на 2 години раніше, так як ми приїхали швидше ніж домовлялись, а де була 8 ранку, було дуже приємно, окремий +. В номері було чисто, регулярно змінювали рушники та забирали сміття. За проханням дали фен у користування.

Єдиний мінус розташування будинку над дорогою і вікна в нас виходили на неї, так як рух був доволі жвавий, чутно було транспорт і нам це заважало спати.

Yuri çok ilgili birisi. Hiçbir problem çıkarmadı ve rahatsız etmedi. Kaldığımız yerin alt katında ofisi istediğiniz zaman yuri diye bağırsanız yetiyor. Yataklar rahattı ve temizdi. Tuvaletler hemen hemen 2 günde bir temizleniyor her gün çöpler alınıyor. Budvada fiyat performans olarak kalınacak bir yer. Şehir merkezine 5 dakkika yürüme mesafesinde
