Good place to stay next to bus station

Clean, Near bus station & nice restaurant. Nice decor & shared terrace area. Good value.

Bed was a bit hard and pillow was lacking substance, but that's a minor point. Overall we were very satisfied.

Aware of the Safety issues

It is a family house, host always in the ground floor to offer help and assistance. The refrigerator is inside our room.

A chair in our room broken and I felt down. When I told the host she said she try to fix it before I come. So no worries it’s already broken. I was confused if a chair was known broken should not place it in the room. Guest can get hurt from it. The shower is outside of the room. The kitchen has no kettle or pans , just has a microwave oven.

everything. from arriving, we were welcomed, to our entire stay, and our departure. everyone was so kind and helpful. our room was perfect. bathroom was very nice. right next to the bus station. it was quiet at night. not too far walk from the beach.

The atmosphere was sincere. The family was super kind and helpful. We arrived at 3 a.m. They left keys on door for us. We didn't know how to thank them. 🙏

It was high season. There wasn't much choice available.

Private room. Close to bus station. Decent restaurants and supermarkets in walking distance. Aircon available. Kettle available for coffee in communal area. Communal bathrooms are good. Place available to hang wet clothes

1. Check-in was weird. I said I'll arrive 11am in the text chat before. They responded "You're welcome". But when I arrived 11h10am, the manager sent me back to the bus station to wait another hour until 12h10pm. Despite that there was free chairs and benches in the shade where no one was sitting. I would gladly wait at bus station if you tell me upfront. But don't tell me to come, and then send me back again to bus station. 2. Hidden rule: no visitors allowed in guest rooms. It's a party town, but don't bring your holiday romances over. 3. The only laundry facilities was in the old town. Its a long walk to the laundry for the wash, and back. 4. Early check-out rule at 9am. But it's not like they go & clean at 9am. They simply want the guests out of the rooms earlier than all other hotels (for what reason?). However, the owner's son allowed me to wait on balcony an extra hour until my bus departed. During this time at least I could observe how nonsense the early check out rule is, as no one went and cleaned the room, so whats the point of forcing customers to leave the room at 9am ? Thanks anyway for extra hour to sit in the shaded common area. But 9am kick out of rooms is silly.

This is an amazing place for staying in Budva. Me and my boyfriend has been staying here multiple times and are always chocked by the kindness and helpfulness by the owners. They are very flexible and goes the extra mile for their customers to make them happy. We even lost our key which was easily resolved by the owners. Clean and comfortable close to the city center would absolutely recommend.

Everything was perfect. The owners are really nice. They are always ready to help the guests. The location is great. It's just two blocks away from the bus station. It's very clean. The beds are so comfortable. We loved staying there.

Good value for money

Nice guest house close to the bus station and approx. 15 minutes walk to the Old Town with (public) parking spaces available just outside the gate and comfortable bed(room), proper bathroom, kitchen and balcony/patio. WiFi worked well and Silvana is a very welcoming and helpful host. In short: good value for money!
