It was a god experience to stay there. Friendly crew, good breakfast.

Rooms are large enough and clean. Roof was really good especially for the nights. Car park is available.

It was just a building with 12 rooms. No telephone at rooms. No complimentary coffee tea and water in the rooms.

This hotel provided exceptional hospitality. Staff was magnificent and helped us with lots of detailed information. Hotel exceeded our expectations with every possible way. Great thanks to the staff who helped us during our stay, these people who run this hotel has a kind heart and a smile on their face every second that passes.

Good

The man on reception was friendly and pleasant . The rooms were large and well decorated. There were very large and soft pool towels available. There was a lift so we didnt have to struggle with our heavy bag up flights of stairs.

The bathroom smelt intermittently of drains. There was a kettle and cups but no coffee tea etc. Laminated sheet in room wasn't a welcome but just a long list of rules which made you feel they were wary of guests rather than pleased you were staying.

nice rooms

even though they said they have 24 hours open reception they dont. I already contacted them about our very early morning arrival , they told me to handle it when I arrive in the reception however there was nobody in the reception till moorning, for hours we had to wait in the parking lot in the car. ıf I had know before hand which is why ,I contacted them , I could arrange smt else. Also staff was not helpfull.

The staff is great. The hotel is very good and has a pool on the roof (although we didn't have a chance to use that).

Amazing stay with great owners!

We had an amazing stay! The staff/owners were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The pool was the highlight of our stay-the view was fantastic and almost every time we went to the pool, no one else was there. The breakfast was also very nice and the room as well. Everything perfect! We would always come back.

It was a great stay and felt really close to the main attractions of Budva!

It was a great short stay at Hotel Twelve. They had the room ready for our arrival and helped us with all the essentials.

The shower power wasn't great at times, but the temperature wasn't affected.

Overall value for money and

The room was generously sized and very clean. Breakfast was amazing. There are stairs to the reception but I have help with luggage from the hotel as soon as I arrived.

It’s about 15 minute walk to the beach and the walk in daytime is a little too hot for me. Not so convenient compared to those closer to the beach if you would like to get in and out quickly for showers etc.

Mediocre experience

clean, comfort, beds were ok, enough room for two people, small pool on the terrace but works good for relaxation, parking in front of the hotel

not close to the city, you need car or taxi, decent breakfast but nothing really intresting, noisy and no view because its located close to road, we payed 81 euros for 2 people per night, i would say that it is expensive for what the hotel offers.

The staff were both friendly & most helpful with any enquiry we had regarding bus travel, interesting places to visit, nice places to eat. In fact, dealt efficiently & pleasantly with any of our questions. The girl on reception could not do enough for us. Breakfast was lovely with a great selection of food. Choices of coffee from the filter machine as well as instant.

Everyone at the hotel is super nice, helpful and polite. As a guest you feel very welcome. The room was pretty, big and very clean. We were really happy with our stay at Hotel12. :-) thanks again!
