    The hotel has a beach with a 50% discount on sunbeds and a very good idea for entering the sea (sandbags underwater) may be best in Budva, beach towels are free at reception, great fresh breakfast - ordered, great staff, only the lift is missing, but it is literally next to beach-city center-promenade it is better than lift!

    Our room was spacious and we enjoyed the balcony and the view. As it was May it was not noisy but I can imagine in high season staying in the old town would be noisy, so be aware of that. As it is the old town we have to walk about 150m from the taxi to the old town, but as the hotel is right inside the gateway, this was convenient. There was about two flight of stairs to our room. We also enjoyed our hotel breakfast (which was very good) on the terrace outside by the beach. We hope to return to Budva one day.

    There is a better looking hotel, also on the beach, which I wish I had booked instead. BUT - our room was two rooms and a small balcony overlooking the beach, which was nice. Very ok.

    The location of this hotel is wonderul. Rooms are very clean and modern. But the receptionists, both of them, ruin it for me. They are very rude. I walk downstairs what is she doing? Looking through a stack of papers. I wait for over a minute while she just flips through the folder. She is not on the phone with anyone. Why is she ignoring me? Eventually she makes eye contact with me, and asks flatly what I want. I just wanted directions to the breakfast area. Why is she so agressive? I didn't do anything!. One more thing, why do they have have room service here? How can this be such a nice hotel with such unprofessional people? Don't waste your money, don't come here. You will only feel very angry and despised.
