Best place to stay in Budva!

Great little hostel in the centre of the Old Town. Would happily stay again.

The bunks had curtains, bunk light and power socket as well as a good sized under bunk locker. It was a bonus that the hostel provided towel s and a padlock. Small extras but made a real difference. Great location in the Stari Grad. The owner/manager was friendly and very helpful.

There is apparently an upper age limit - which I exceeded. I couldn't see this when booking through Booking.com but in the event it wasn't a problem and my booking was honoured .

Overall great place to crush a night at in budva

I could checkin earlier at 1pm, the staff in general was super friendly! The bathrooms were really nice, everything was clean in general. Comfortable bed with a great spacious locker beneath plus curtains. Could print out my bus ticket for free :)

Honestly, it wasn’t very social during my stay, like nothing was posted in the group chat, maybe because also the hostel‘s bar was already closed for off season. WiFi didn’t work for me, but since I stayed only one night all of the above didn’t really matter

Perfect hostel in Budva for people travelling purely for leisure

The hostel’s location is unbeatable as it is right in the heart of the old town. The facilities are very nice and the people that work at the hostel are constantly making an effort to keep it super clean for all guests. The rooms are comfortable, kitchen is well equipped and I really enjoyed having breakfast at their terrace with a seaview.

The wifi. It was terrible. I had to get some work done and they have the perfect common room for this but unfortunately most of the time the wifi did not work. I’d recommend this hostel to anyone going to Budva except people expecting to work from the acommodation.

Just what I was looking for :)

The hostel is really clean and welcoming. You have a large underbed locker (padlocks provided) and a curtain for privacy. The staff are really friendly and helpful even providing beach towels if needed. The hostel also owns a Prosciutteria that you get discount in and it’s amazing! Hostels in the region are pricier than some other Balkan countries but this one was worth the money.

Super social and comfortable hostel in the perfect location, right in the heart of old town with a beautiful view! Super

Perfect location, right in the heart of old town budva, with a lovely view from the shared balcony. Very countable facilities - the space below the beds fit my very large luggage and backpack, everything! And they provide a lock, shower towel and blankets. The electric socket is at every bed and there are curtains for privacy! The bathrooms were super clean and comfortable too! Very social hostel - sangria night was super fun! And everyone rallied to go out to a club on top of the hill afterwards! Instantly made friends to go to the beautiful beaches with. The host milos is superrr helpful and knowledgeable, gave us all the best spots and exactly how to get there! My favourite place was queens beach and milocer beach. So I highly recommend going to the sveti Stephen peninsula and beach hopping, through the milocer national park and spending as much time as you can on king or queens beaches! The sveti Nikola/ Hawaii beach island was also very nice. Mogren beach is very pretty but gets extremely crowded! I loved budva, I was so sad to leave!! Will definitely be back and will stay in the same hostel again!

The bathrooms were perfectly equipped - toilet, sink with space for toiletries, the shower had spots to put your things and there was a rack for your towel and dry space for you clothes! However, there were only 3 bathrooms I believe for everyone, so sometimes it got a little bit busy! But I didn’t have too much of an issue waiting for a bathroom to become free, so no complaints :)

Good small hostel in the old town

Good, small hostel in the old town. Milos was outstanding when I arrived and ensured that I had a plan to make the most of my time in the town. The room and common area were okay but I was out most of the time so I didn't really make the best use of them.

Highly Recommend.

This stay was excellent. The manager there was Milosh, who made it really comfortable for me. He does his best make it feel like home. And the hostel also provide towel, even beach towels and locks (all for free of charge). The location of the hostel is great, in the Budva old town, few steps to the beach.

Best spot in town, brilliant host

The balcony view is the best spot in town. Milos was a great host and made sure we all had a great time! He also helped me with my airport transport and shared his favorite spots in town.

Great place for solo travelers in the best location

The location and atmosphere of the hostel were fantastic. I stayed for two weeks and enjoyed every single day—from waking up and heading to the beach to discovering new spots for dinner or dessert. The staff were incredibly kind and made me feel like I was part of a temporary family. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Awesome - a great break and a fabulous location to explore

I loved how easy it was to find, the location was excellent, we were really made to feel welcome and nothing was a problem, the place was really clean, the view from the balcony was gorgeous and each bunk bed had curtains, 2 wired USB ports and our own lamp. Air conditioning and lovely windows. Superb

Exceptional stay

One of the best hostels surely. Right in the old town with beautiful views from the balcony. Well maintained with all facilities available. The host is kind and allowed me to check in early at 9am as I took a night bus to arrive there. A must stay place!!

This wasn't my first stay at freedom hostel, and it definitely won't be my last. Every time I'm impressed by the hospitality and atmosphere of this place. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is very friendly and always ready to help. The location is excellent. I recommend this hostel to anyone looking for a pleasant and welcoming place to stay. Looking forward to my next visit!

All in all a very pleasant stay among very lovely people.

Location is right in the middle of Old Town and therefore well located to explore the area. Staff is super friendly, very helpful and provides you with valuable information and recommendations for things to do in and around Budva.

The bathrooms are not well equipped and tend to have wet floors due to missing shower curtains etc. the terrace which can be seen in some pictures is not part of the hostel, however, it does provide a nice balcony with exactly this view and a cosy room as common area.

50€ for a bed in a hostel is too much in my opinion. I get it’s a popular destination + peak season, but it’s anyways a lot of money. I‘d come back in shoulder season when prices are lower.

The staff here are amazing, super fun and made us feel right at home.They are also super helpful, going above and beyond to help with everything. The location was perfect honestly couldn’t get better, close to everything! The kitchen was clean and big so we could make dinner and lunch there to save a bit of money.
