Location, facilities, price, staff.
Room wasn't properly cleaned before me, several parts/objects had quite some dust on them so it means they are not cleaned often.
Also there are some noisy bars below the place although this is not the fault of the accommodation, so you will definitely need earplugs.

Incredible location, very clean and everything we needed. Very spacious, nice to have a dining table and couch for relaxing. We loved exploring the area, and great restaurants to choose from. We would love to return.

It’s great to stay inside the historic part of the town. Staff was welcoming and kind. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Shower pressure was great!
I completely understand it’s an old building. However, if one want to split a house into hotel rooms, they need to invest to ensure it’s fit for purpose. The walls are like paper walls, meaning you can hear the reception downstairs, the customers in the room next to yours, people outside etc. We stayed for only one night and it didn’t bother us, but it’s something to be aware of.
The main issue in the room is the bathroom. It has a leak and a very noisy system.
