Great Budget Stay

Loved the location fabulous little guest house right in the old town,great atmosphere,check in was quick efficient,room was nice and clean,bit rough around the edges but great for what l paid!

The bathroom smelt,thankfully l didnt spend too much time,it was clean but being a super old building,damp etc it was the only small issue generally though great stay!

Great location but….

Conveniently situated within the walls of the old town and easy to find. Harbour, shops and restaurants all nearby. Spacious room. Pleasant roof terrace.

My room was noisy until 1am due to restaurant/bar in street below, not helped by the window not closing properly. Bathroom in need of refurbishment and awkward to access toilet. Could feel the springs in the bed.

Excellent location in the old town. Clean apartment. Nice and friendly reception staff.

Noise from the nearby bar, but if you want to stay in the old town, it is always noisy because of the numerous bars and restaurants. The matress is too soft. Tiny bathroom.

Very central place, right inside the old city. Walking distance to Mogren beaches and night life in Budva. Owner is very helpful. You can get several travel advice. Free drinking water at the entrance.

This place is sort of hostel but overpriced for what it provides. No breakfast. Beds are uncomfortable and cleanness is questionable. Bathroom is very small.

Fantastic location in the charming Old Town

Excellent location in the beautiful Budva Old Town. The hosts contacted us before our arrival, and throughout our stay communication was smooth;we felt very well looked after. Even got an upgrade to a bigger room. Was lovely. All was great, very close to everything, beach, shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Old Town is very charming. Our windows overlooked at a square with lovely restaurants. Fantastic atmosphere day and night. Highly recommend this place!

very convenient location - steps into the old town. Lovely host - very helpful and thoughtful. The room was compact and simple but very clean and comfortable, with a lovely view, and there was a communal rooftop terrace to sit and chill in the evening. The bathroom had shampoo and shower gel - which many other places don't.

I wish there was a hair dryer.

The location is the main attraction for this hotel, it is right in the middle of the old town. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. I enjoyed my stay and liked that there was a roof terrace too. The WiFi worked well.

The room was really small - but the plus side of it being in the old town meant I didn’t spend much time in the room as I was exploring so not a huge deal breaker. The tv also didn’t work, but again, as I wasn’t in the room much this isn’t too important.

Impossible to stay there. No water, can't use toilet or shower

We didn't get our money back even when we had to leave the place. We couldn't spend our holiday in this hotel and they took our money.

Large clean room in great quiet location and very friendly staff.

Large clean room with everything you need in quiet old town location near marina. Friendly manager very accomodating so we could leave our luggage and then check-in a bit earlier. Great little terrace on top floor to sit and have a drink late afternoon.

everything was prefect. Anna was a major part of our total stay in Montenegro. My wife hit it off with her and they spent hours taking and went swimming after work. the only negative was the bathroom I had to stand with on foot in the shower to use the toilet. If you are over weight the bathroom will be TOO SMALL. But ANNA WAS THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Disaster

The only advantage of this hotel is the surroundings. But take really good ear blockers with you so as to be able to sleep.

The hotel is a pure disaster, smelly, moldy, dusty, and poorly furnished. I honestly even think, that all the good reviews here are some kind of scum and fake. There is mold in the bathroom. The kitchen and bathroom faucets are running. The apartment is simply dirty. The electric sockets are falling out. As far as the member of the hotel's team sat smoking all day, the apartment had a really heavy unpleasant smell. The kitchenette has no microwave or any other food heater. We were totally disappointed with this apartment and will never recommend it to anyone.
