I would happily return, ideally to one of the nicer rooms (1–3). The host is wonderful, and the location near Mogren Bea

The room was cute, and although the furniture and appliances were a bit outdated, they were well taken care of. The host, Sanya, was incredibly kind and welcoming — she even treated us to her homemade dishes a couple of times. The location is perfect: right in the center, about 10 minutes from the beach and restaurants. For us, the stairs were not a problem. Mogren Beach is also nearby, which is a big plus.

Some interiors could definitely be better. Our room (I believe it was number 4) was the least attractive one, and not as nice as the others. The small kitchen is fine for simple breakfasts, but not really suitable for proper cooking.

Brilliant location, clean rooms and friendly polite staff :)

To begin with, the location is ideal. Just a short walk to the main walking area along the coast. Walking distance to the shops, restaurants etc. A good 10-15min to the bus station but just a short drive too. The rooms are located up a flight of stairs. If you have a look on Google maps, there is a video clip demonstrating how to reach this place. The bed was comfortable, room was clean and has a quite peaceful setting. The staff are helpful, friendly and kind. Thank you for leaving some delicious treats for me :) Communication through Booking.com wasn't responded to, but they are responsive on WhatsApp. A good location and a good places to stay.

Sea view is only from the common area/shared terrace on the balcony. Not from your actual room. Perhaps a misunderstanding from myself, but worth a mention in case anyone else has any expectations :)

Unforgettable Stay with Warm and Genuine Hospitality

We had such a wonderful stay here! The owner truly puts her heart into everything she does – she welcomed us warmly and treated us with such care and attention. Every day our room was spotless, fresh and inviting. The bed was very comfortable, and we loved relaxing on the spacious balcony with its breathtaking view of the sea and the old town. The property also has a well-equipped common kitchen, which was super convenient. Everything felt fresh, clean, and thoughtfully maintained, and the room had excellent air conditioning, which made our stay even more comfortable. This place is a perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, and genuine hospitality. We can’t recommend it highly enough and would love to return!

Our stay at Villa Jovana was amazing! It’s run by a lovely mother and daughter who were incredibly kind and helpful. They assisted us with everything—from arranging taxis, giving directions, to recommending great local restaurants and places to visit. The room was spotless, and the sea view from our balcony was breathtaking. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and the old town. Their homemade treats made our stay even warmer. If I ever come back to Budva, I would definitely stay here again!

Balcony - amazing sea view. Location- super easy walk into the old town and the nearest beach 10 mins away. Hosts- super friendly and accommodating, provided homemade treats!

The location was so amazing, 4 minute walk to the old town where everything is. Had all the facilities we needed, fridge in room was amazing as well. The balcony in the sea breeze room is so nice and has the most beautiful view! The beds are also super comfy as they have a comforter on the top, and the aircon works amazingly. The hosts are so lovely, especially the daughter who brought us cakes and treats on our first and last day and told us all the good places to go.

The most pleasant stay.

The owner is very kind and friendly! It was a great experience to stay there! The balcony view was just amazing! The location is in a quiet area, which I absolutely loved, so there was no noise from the parties. You have to walk a bit on the hill, but overall everything is in close proximity: 5-10 min walk to the supermarket, the beach, the city center, and old town. Highly recommended!

We liked the hosts the most - warm and helpful people. They helped us a lot not only with finding a parking place for our car, but also with city tourist taxes, which must be paid upon arrival in Montenegro. The apartment is extremely clean, the view from the window is beautiful - you can see the sea, the Hawaii of Budva, the old town, you can drink coffee on the balcony and watch the sailing ships. Close to the shop, the old town - everything is within walking distance. Recommend this place!

Difficult situation with parking. When returning late at night, it is difficult to find a parking space. However, this is not a problem of the apartments, but of the whole city.

The place of the house is perfect and the owners are very genial. Cleaning was also good. İt was a good Journey for us.

Only, the kitchen was common and the kitchen equipments like pan were a little bit old. But most of them were useable.
