We were in a room at the top of the building with a view to the sea. The room had two comfortable beds and a bathroom. There was a kettle for tea in the morning. The staff didn't speak English although it was off-peak, but communication was fine

check in was easy, messaged the property and a woman came quite quickly. The location is great, 10-15 min walk to the bus station and equally to the old town. The flat was clean and we had a nice view from the balcony. (flat 4)
I feel it's a bit tatty and isnt being looked after. We didnt have a shower holder so had to hold the shower head, it looks like there was a hook before but has fallen out. Equally the chairs on the balcony were worn through and the walls had scuffs and the clock on the wall wasn't working - just put new batteries in or take it away? It was these little things that made the place feel neglected and I think it was a shame. (I've attached photos to see what I mean about each issue). These can all easily be fixed and would mean a lot to guests.

The sheets were not changed. I saw hair all around the sheets.
