We had a really nice experience there. The apartment was lovely and clean and the personal service from Rada was superb ! They really go out if there way! The location is amazing, a short walk to all the restaurants and to the bus station for all the beaches !

A clean, well-located apartment with a truly kind and helpful host.

What really made our stay special was the lovely host, Rada. She was always available and happy to help with anything we needed. From the moment we arrived, everything was clean and tidy. You can agree with her on how often the apartment gets cleaned, and she was super thoughtful about regularly bringing us fresh towels. Overall, we felt really comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommend if you're looking for a cozy and well-maintained place near the beach!

Rada was very helpful during our stay in Budva. She helped us with the laundry and all the advice that we needed. The apartment is pretty conveniently located 15 minutes walk away from the Budva Old Town. It has a parking, clean room and bathroom, and sufficient kitchen facilities.

Przytulny apartament

Apartament był czysty i z ładnym widokiem na morze. Pani Rada jest przecudowną osobą, bardzo miłą i pomocną :) W pobliżu znajdują się sklepy i restauracje, a do plaży i starego miasta jest 15 min pieszo. Apartament jest położony już w spokojniejszej części Budvy, więc można spokojnie odpocząć i nie słychać całonocnych imprez :)

Ottima la struttura per quel che ci serviva, letto comodo ed ampia la camera principale, molto molto gentile la proprietaria sempre disponibile, e molto premurosa, persona veramente gentile a cui vanno i miei complimenti! Super consigliata ed ottima posizione, 15 minuti scarsi dal centro storico nelle mura, 10 minuti dal lungomare Aggiungo che la signora trova un parcheggio in loco gratuito per gli ospiti cosa non da poco data la difficoltà di parcheggiare nella zona, avvisatela sempre prima di arrivare, vi fa trovare il posto pronto per voi

Il bagno era un pochino al di sotto Delle mie aspettative come misure e la finestra posizionata male per cui non si poteva aprire, ma assolutamente pulito comodo e coerente rispetto alle necessità, e come consiglio cambierei le tende in camera da letto, non sono abbastanza oscuranti e non essendoci le tapparelle la luce entra alle prime ore dell'alba, un po' fastidioso

Rada è stata gentilissima e disponibile fin dal primo giorno. La casa è molto accogliente, spaziosa, e arredata con gusto. Era fornita di tutto il necessario per vivere. La posizione della struttura è in un punto strategico sia se sei a piedi, che con l'auto. Puoi raggiungere tutti i posti che vuoi facilmente e in breve tempo. C'era il posto auto riservato, e in una zona tranquilla e non trafficata. È ristrutturata da poco quindi è ben insonorizzata, climatizzata e dotata di ogni comfort per la tua privacy. Rada si rende disponibile anche a pulire la stanza e cambiarti la biancheria su richiesta. A noi non serviva perché pernottavamo per pochi giorni, ma è stata gentile nel cambiarci gli asciugamani. La zona è sicura, tranquilla, e ci sono tutti i servizi di cui hai bisogno a pochi minuti a piedi (market, panificio, info point turistico, atm). Consiglio a tutti di pernottare qui per passare una vacanza tranquilla e comoda a Budva!
