A nice stay

The room was spacious and the guest house is just a few minutes from the old town and 10 minutes from the bus station. The host was nice and met me to describe the property, which is helpful.

The room needs updating. The shower area is so small, water has no where to go, but on the floor.

Great location and friendly host! We rented an apartment so had both a kitchen as well as living room, where one of us could sleep. Also the cats were so cute! Great value for money!

Would add just a few simple things that could improve the experience, such as some cozy lighting/lamps on the balcony and in the bedroom as well as dark curtains for the windows.

Great host, very helpful and caring. It is a big house with separate "small independent houses" Very quite environment despite many guests. Parking inside the house and walking distance to the important points of the city. You need to pay a fee for parking though, still, not a great deal as parking in Budva is practically impossible. Highly recommendable.

Windows in the room have no extra protection for day light so early in the morning the light wakes you up.

The apartment has a perfect location, just a few minutes from the Old Town, and the best restaurants, the supermarket is in 5 minutes. Lídia was super cool and kind, and the communication was easy. Highly recommended!

Exceptional

Lydia is a very helpful and friendly person. She has helped with parking, was always in reach. The house was very clean, tidy, orderly and everything was working. Additionally, you can walk to Budva beachfront in 5 minutes and to Old Town in 8 minutes. Very good spot. Thanks you Lydia.

Just what’s needed, comfortable, accessible and super friendly.

Location is PERFECT, facilities were clean, comfortable and just what’s needed. Loved the fluffy blankets for comfort. Balcony is super cute with some very friendly cats, cats not allowed inside due to allergies which is very good news. Owner is so lovely, would recommend this property to everyone.

Weird place

You get what you pay for. Location is great. Free parking.

Strange host. She kept barging in, when we were resting. First day, just walked in when my partner was in shower. Second day, knocked hard, when we were sleeping. Freaking us out. Advice for host: please use Booking message app.

Exceptional

The location is exceptional. Would recommend %100. 5 minutes to Old Town and Mogren Beach which is the best beach in Budva Center. Two more beaches in walking distance. Also 5 minutes walking distance to shops and rent a car places. Our host Lidija Bak was always available, friendly and very welcoming. Accomodation was very clean. Furniture and appliances were old but everything properly functioning and very clean.

This is a good option for a reasonably priced apartment in the centre of Budva. The owner is really friendly and easy to communicate with, and the place is clean, tidy and comfortable.

Lydia is very communicative, friendly host. Quiet Location within walking distance to the old town, express bus to Sveti Stefan. Comfortable and clean Room with Balcony, fridge, TV. I had an enjoyable stay.

I took bus from Podgorica, apartment is 20 minutes walk from main bus station. Lydia kindly offered to drive me back to bus station on check out day.

Correct choice

Very nice,clean and well equiped room with a private bathroom and a balcony..Garden is full green. Full wi-fi and strong a/c. Close to old town. We like sweet owner very much. For our Budva visits in the future we will stay again without hesitation.
