1. Turkish Guy at reception...when we answered that we dont want to leave the car keys he reacted with a very bad attitude. Somehow he insisted for us to leave the keys. Of course we didnt. 2. Curtens in the room broken.He said he will fix it, he didnt. 3. TV wasnt working 4. The heat didnt work at all in the room 4. Poor breakfast 5. No enough parking 6. Reception guy was corius. Where we will go next day. So he didnt respect our privacy.

Beatiful hotel to stay at Budva

Everything was ok; the owners are very kind. It is said they are biker friendly; we were with our motorcycle, and we got a comfortable and secure garage for the bikes. Rooms were great, with a good view and very close to the old town. A place to return.

Great staff, nice short walk to old town and beach. Breakfast included. Nice bathroom and clean

Room maintenance could be better - carpet had seen better days and wallpaper was coming off in places. All furniture and bathroom was spotless though. Shared terrace and balcony maybe less serene than we hoped since it’s right by the big road which is rather noisy.

Great hospitality and comfortable stay

We really appreciated the kindness and hospitality of the hosts. The apartment was very comfortable, with a good bed for resting. The spacious terrace was perfect for enjoying the view and relaxing. Everything felt welcoming and well maintained.

Brilliant and Friendly Staff

Great room, within close walking distance down to the old town and sea front - supermarket just next door, and the staff, are absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay with them. Breakfast every morning was delightful, with plenty of variety and seating options outside. Great small pool to cool off after a day of exploring, and a balcony on each room to get lost in a good book - just what we needed, and would absolutely recommend!

As a minor minor point - Didn’t have complimentary tea/coffee/kettle in the room

Home away from home. Exceptional

The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Their breakfast was excellent, good meals all round. Enver,lale,ece,Ilkem, sensy and oli made our stay awesome. The location was topnotch, close to everywhere. Its 5min walk to old town. Very close to the beach and other attractions. If you stay here no need to spend money on transportation cos is at the centre of all budva attractions. We had a great time here. My kids loved it here

First and foremost the owners and staff are very welcoming and helpful. You feel you are staying with friends.

There is no elevator but wasn’t a big deal and the beige carpet in the room looked a bit grey because of use.

Brilliant beyond expectations

The staff were so welcoming so it felt like a home away from home. They were friendly attentive, you feel very spoilt. They helped with my luggage, they helped with location and suggestions and the food was great. The swimming pool exceeded my expectations and therefore i used it everyday. The location is perfect to get to the beach, shops and restaurants and old town. I would 100% book with them again.

For a one night stay, the location was perfect and away from the main part which is what we wanted. Excellent value for money, a decent sized room and breakfast. We arrived earlier than our check in time and the staff were very accommodating.

Hello, During my stay at your hotel, I must say that I have never seen such a concept hotel before, where the staff from the reception to all the hotel employees show interest and care towards the guests. The warmth, attention, and care provided to the hotel guests were excellent. The cleanliness and hygiene of the rooms were also impressive, and I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again. Its convenient location makes it easily accessible to everywhere. Thank you to the staff.

After looking at reviews I booked the hotel, so I had great expectations for my stay. Unfortunately, my standards were not met. Firstly, the room was only mediocre and not what you would call a four star facility. The air conditioning was not working properly which was frustrating in summer, bizarre shower, TV was not working, no internet in entire hotel… The weirdest thing ever seen, there was a rate list of items available in the room, sofa, table, bed, closet etc. 😂 Not sure if anyone ever stole the sofa or TV while checking out..

The staff and new management of Atina hotel are the most amazing hosts you could ask for. They went out of their way to ensure the most comfortable stay and I left feeliing I had made new friends. This was the perfect place to stay while visiting Budva. They have parking garage. The clean room and hotel facilities were lovely, of course, but I truly have to commend the staff for being so welcoming and helpful. I don't know the last time I stayed at a hotel that was so warm with staff who were so kind. Thank you all Atina family!

After initial shock, came to enjoy stay as time went on

Good variety of breakfast for such a small hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed it every morning. Location is convenient, less than 5 mins. to shops, beachside restaurants and also old city is close by. Good quality of room furnishings. Excellent service: room was cleaned and beds were done every day while eating breakfast.

Location is right on very busy Adriatic highway. Thus some traffic noise at night. Driving in and out of parking can be stressful. Gasoline fuel smells when using the small pool.
