I really liked the place — it’s very convenient to walk to the old town. The breakfasts are amazing! The host is very friendly and always ready to help. He’s always available and responds quickly. The room is clean and pleasant.

The only things that could be improved are the shower and the bed. The shower works fine and you can use it without any issues, but it’s a bit old. The bed creaks a lot. However, none of this affected my stay at the hotel. The location, the breakfasts, and the friendly staff made my stay very enjoyable, and I would happily return to this hotel. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

We would definately stay again here.

We stayed for just one night. The personnel was very frienly and sorted out everything for us. The place is convenient and quiet. The room was large and clean. The bed was confortable.

Only negative I could mention, there are ~20 steps to reach the elevator and we didn't spot a ramp.

Loved Villa Ljubanovic. They allowed us to check in much earlier, since our room was ready which was just what we needed after long travel. And we had Included breakfast which we were not sure. Such a nice surprise! Location is also very nice, not far from the beach at all.

Amazing place with great view from the balkony and friendly staff. Location is perfect, close to everything, not on the hill which is easy to reach. Tasty breakfast.

A pleasant stay in Budva

Great location, 10 minutes walk to the bus terminal and to Budva Old Town. Great breakfast in the morning included in our stay.

Room was a little outdated and the mattress wasn’t the most comfortable we have had. For a double bed we were given 2 single sheets rather than one double sheet, which wasn’t comfortable. The glasses/mugs over a 4 night stay weren’t replaced once after use, which when using for different drinks, was quite unpleasant.

Nice Stay.

We had a nice stay at this apartment! The location was perfect—just a short walk from Budva Old Town and the bus station, making it very accessible and easy to explore all the main attractions. The apartment comfortable, with a cozy living area and the balcony. The view from the place is also beautiful. The Wi-Fi was reliable, which was essential for us. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing us with excellent recommendations for local restaurants and the taxi service. Check-in and check-out were seamless. We are thankful to the host for letting us keep our bags in the room even after checkout. We felt that the apartment offered good value for the price, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

The teapot still had leftover tea from the previous guests, so we couldn't use it and the toilet seat wasn't properly cleaned. Rest no issues with the apartment.

+Mr.Ljubanovic was very friendly, very helpful. For even exceptional needs he did his best to assist. +Location is great. Walking distance to the shore, old town, nearby markets. +Breakfast was okay, value match.

-We would expect rooms to be cleaned and towels & sheets changed at least in every 2nd day but only bed fixed. -Some linens were holed, not a good look. -No complimentary water in the room, you need to get your own water, there is a very close small market. -Our friends in another room found a cockroach (or sth similar) unfortunately in the last night, it made us all concerned for sleeping.

The personal was very nice. They met all our requirements. Very clean room. Breakfast was really good and we also could prepay diners for 10€ per person per day. Location was also good near to bakery, to supermarkets, to coffees shop, to different beaches

This villa is located just a few blocks (6 min walking) from the beach in a calm area which suited us perfect. It is also just a short walk from the bus station if you arrive to Budva by bus. There is a Mega Market close to the apartment (3 min walking) which was one of the best grocery stores we found during our stay in Montenegro. The host Igor was really helpful and friendly (he looks like Tadej Pogacar which is only positive), and arranged a transfer for us going back to the airport. Advice: Don´t trust the public transport system if you have a flight to catch. If you want value for money during your stay in Budva, I would highly recommend this place.

Everything was great. Location, wonderfull building, cleanness, breakfast, staff, bathroom with hot watter, in the center but quiet place, terrace... our room was small but we know that it is exactlly like it is described. Whole villa is wonderfull, clean inside and ouside. My only suggestion is to make mosquito net ("komarnik" in Montenegrin) on the door of terrace.
