Everything was excellent – the accommodation was clean, comfortable, and nicely arranged. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. Breakfast was varied and delicious. A truly pleasant stay, and I would be happy to come back again.

The only small ‘downside’ was that the room we stayed in was a bit smaller, but it wasn’t a serious issue at all.

I did not like anything about the property because I LOVED everything about the property from its location, value, cleanliness, delicious breakfast to its consummately professional, exemplary, hard-working staff. You will never find hosts as warm, friendly and welcoming as Slobodan & Ivana! They were most knowledgeable not only about their beautiful hotel, but anything and everything you need and way to know about their beautiful city. To say that Slobodan goes “the extra kilometre” for his guests would be an understatement of colossal proportions, Slobodan goes “the extra marathon” for his guests from answering questions, giving amazing suggestions when asked and his love for his city is positively infectious! In all the time we were there, I think I saw Slobodan ONCE taking a break during a double-shift and I swear as I walked by he was he looked like he was ready to spring into action should any guest require his invaluable help. Ivana was also on duty and she could not have been friendlier, helpful or I must say patient to this one guest in particular who, on more than one occasion, forgot his keys! As you can plainly read, I cannot say enough about this beautiful hotel and staff second to none! You awake in a clear, comfortable room, you eat a delicious breakfast buffet prepared by two VERY hard-working and kind ladies and then, you are a 10 minute walk from the most beautiful beach. Along the way you’ll find shops for anything you need! 69 metres away from the hotel at the end of the short, one-way street is a restaurant which serves by many accounts the best pizza in town! Outside the hotel you’ll see 4 stars…and you will wonder why there are not at least “6”out of 5! I was in Budva with family and my son&his wife married in Bar, about 40 km away. We could not have made a better choice for our accommodations! We loved our stay and I hope to return soon.

The fact I had to leave to leave it! Seriously, there was not a single thing I did not like!

Superb hotel, for your stay in Budva

Being it my 4th stay in this hotel sais it all. The great service, the large comfortable rooms and above all the cleanliness makes me come back. Add to that a superb breakfast and top it with a great location, just moments walk from all the hustle and bustle of the beach. Very recommended.

Very peaceful and friednly

Very pleasant host and staff. Very clean room. The breakfast didn't include porridge or any other type of "kasha" but it was quite delicious and food was very flavorful. I had the best sleep in ages. It was possible to check in earlier. Also, the host helped me with a transfer to the airport himself and it was cheaper than taxi ;-)

A welcoming hotel in chaotic Budva.

The hotel is in a convenient and not noisy location, one can walk to the busy seaside and the old city. The owner, Slobotan, was very polite, welcoming and accommodating, a big asset to the hotel, and all the personnel were smiling, pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was very good, a tasty selection of a bit of everything. There were two water bottles in our fridge and a water fountain in the breakfast room. The rooms were well-sized and had good bedding. Good air-conditioning. All in all a pleasant stay.

Although other rooms we saw were very well sized, our room was quite small and would not have been convenient for many nights. We did not mind for one night though. Unfortunately the hotel is not in a very pretty area but the whole of Budva is quite chaotic and mostly unattractive, so that is no fault of the owner…

Great!

Everything was absolutely great. Reception staff (J?elena) always smiling back, responding with advice and recommendations. A bit few parking spaces, but don't treat it as a minus ... a nice guy who works there will take care of your car and park it in a safe way. Very tasty breakfasts, pleasant green patio, quiet rooms and a 5-minute walk to the old Budva.

I could call this hotel just a decent establishment at a reasonable price if it wasn't for Slobodan. With him the hotel becomes a rare find, a cozy hearth where you feel like home. And for breakfast they serve the best pancakes I've ever tasted (my mom's pancakes do not count, of course)). In love with the hotel and highly recommend it. P.S. Toto je najlepši pas)
