A clean, cousy botique hotel with a very warm management.

A beautiful boutique hotel, very clean and on a central location, nice mountains view. including a very cute dinning room. The most warm and kind staff, which helped arranging our room with BD surprise, also helped with some incident we had, we got a full loving support. We were so lucky to find this hotel and meet the wonderful owner Lijlijan. Just ask and get anything with a smile❤️

It was very comfortable stay. Breakfast was very good, tasty and all different dishes to choose from. The host Liliana is very friendly. She gave us a lot information about point of interest around. She responded very quick on all our messages. When taxi driver did not show up, she help us to get to the bus station that we were there on time for our bus. Thank you 🤗

Excellent hotel, very clean, with warm and welcoming hosts who are always available for any need. The hostess Ljiljana constantly checks if everything is fine and if anything is needed. The breakfasts are excellent . The location is very central, yet still far enough from the hustle and bustle. We will definitely recommend this hotel.

Great stay in Budva

The hotel is very well located, just a short walk from the old town and the sea. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Breakfast had a nice variety of options to choose from each morning. What really stood out was the staff – very friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. A lovely place to stay in Budva!

I couldn’t have asked for a better first impression of Montenegro than being welcomed by Liliana at Hotel Villa Gracia. I had lost my way, and she found me, offering not only directions, but the kind of warmth and grace that makes a stranger feel instantly at home. Everything seemed touched by the same quiet generosity: the rooms, modern and immaculate; the location, steps from the beach and the city’s lively heart; the food, a pleasure to linger over; the staff, unfailingly kind. It was a stay woven with care, and one I will remember fondly. Thank you!

Great hotel and wonderful hospitality in Budva

Everything was perfect The hotel was absolutely wonderful—very clean and conveniently located close to all facilities, the town, and the beach. We had everything we needed and more. Reaching the hotel was very easy. As for the host, Liliana, she was truly amazing—always ready to answer any question. She gave us detailed explanations about the city of Budva, the places worth visiting, and all the excellent restaurants where we could eat. Thank you so much, Liliana, for your wonderful hospitality! I highly recommend this hotel to everyone without hesitation. The price was very reasonable, and there is a private parking space available.

The property was very nice, clean and neat. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They even prepared us a lunch box (can be seen in the pic) as we were missing out on the breakfast to make it on time for our flight and it was included in the price. This was offered to us without us requesting it. Liliana was very helpful even before we arrived helping us book transport.

It’s a good place for leisure

The hotel is conveniently situated. You can easily access it from the embankment, complete with an elevator and ample parking. The rooms are well-equipped and spotlessly clean. They feature a spacious shower with a tropical showerhead. The breakfasts are incredibly delicious, and the staff is friendly and always eager to assist you.

We had such an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were absolutely wonderful — always cheerful, helpful, and ready to assist with anything we needed. The rooms were super clean, spacious, and really comfortable — we slept like babies. Breakfast was great too everyone could easily find something they liked. The location is perfect — close to the center and also just a short walk to the beach, which made everything super convenient for us. Honestly, we loved everything about our stay. Plus, they kindly let us leave our car parked a bit longer after check-out, which made our time in Budva so much easier. Special thanks to Mrs. Liliana — thank you so much for making our stay so pleasant! We definitely recommend this place and hope to come back someday!

Staff and management were genuinely welcoming and helpful in every way. No issue was too small for them not to act immediately and fully to address. Finally the breakfast was tasteful, healthy and plentiful without being grotesquely overwhelming. A real first-class act!!

Good hotel with amazing staff!

The staff is amazing, always doing their best to please the guests. The breakfast is good and they even replenish it after the official end time (note that during our 2-day stay, the breakfast menu did not change, but it had everything necessary). The location is excellent, close to the historic center but not overcrowded. There is parking around the hotel, and for an additional fee, you can rent a guaranteed spot in the underground parking lot (it is a bit narrow, but this could only be a problem for new drivers, cars fit into the parking space in two moves without any issues, I had no trouble parking my SUV).

1. The rooms show that the hotel is not new (the furniture is slightly worn). 2. The rooms on the first floor are located just a meter away from the reception, so you can occasionally hear what is happening there. However, this would only be a problem if you spend half the day in the room, as the reception closes after 10 PM, and nothing happens there afterwards. Since we were out of the room for most of the day, this was not an issue for us. And of course, the windows on the first floor are at the level of passersby, so if you open the curtains, everyone will be able to see into your room (I should note that the administrator kindly offered to change our room the next day when another one became available, but we declined because we were satisfied with our current room).

Immaculate hotel run by wonderful people in a great location!

Everything! This hotel is immaculate from the moment you walk in the doors. Liliana & her husband were such wonderful hosts, and really took the time to point out all the nearby things we could do. The room was clean to perfection, we originally had a room on the ground floor and asked to go up a few floors and Liliana kindly accommodated for us. Everytime we passed her in reception she was always so friendly and happy to help with any questions! The breakfast was great, lots of options and slight changes daily so there was a variety. The location is perfect to get to the old town & bus station, both roughly a 10 minute walk - I will be recommending this hotel to anyone who is visiting Montenegro.

Lovely small family owned hotel very clean great location close to everything but in a quieter road. Parking provided for a small charge. The owners are the nicest couple so friendly and helpful made our stay extra special they even lent us beach towels.

Amazing service. Modern and nicely decorated rooms, where everything is well planned out. The room and bathroom were super clean - even the balcony was spotless. Amazing stay in Budva!

My friend and I had a lovely stay at Villa Gracia, especially thanks to Liliana, the owner of the hotel who was so kind with us during the whole stay. We had the chance to have great conversations with her and she shared many suggestions for our trip. The hotel is well located, in the center of Budva and the rooms are really nice. We also enjoyed the breakfast as the buffet was very generous! Thank you from France!!

Just perfect

First of all, the hostess was super nice and took care of every little request, and even took care of lunch boxes for us because we left early in the morning and didn't have breakfast. The hotel is perfectly located 5 minutes walk from the beach on a street that doesn't face the main road so it's relatively quiet. The breakfast is excellent and there is private parking.

A pleasant trip to Budva

practically everything was excellent, from the moment of booking, the prompt answers from the host until leaving the hotel. Mrs. Liliana (the owner of the hotel), who waited for us and helped with the accommodation is very positive and with a pleasant smile told us about the hotel and the places to visit nearby. The hotel is new, well located, a few minutes' walk to the beach, the old town and cafes in the area. The room is very well planned with everything you need. We really enjoyed the trip to Montenegro and especially staying at hotel Villa Gracia and we will come back and recommend it to our friends with pleasure!

Everything was perfect during our stay. Liliana and her family are very friendly and attentive people. She recommended us a great place for vegetarian food. The room was spacious and air-conditioned.
