Great location, nice room and balcony, no lift

Fantastic location, good communication with owner, clean building and room. Nice view from balcony.

There is no lift. We were on third floor. The owner did help us with luggage. The TV was hard to manipulate/ use with remote. Couldn’t watch much. One chair at make up table was broken.

Good place with polite staff!

Nice hotel with polite staff. Rooms are basic but clean. Nice balcony with sea view, quiet and peaceful place. Free stay for pets, which made a very good impression on us.

The fridge had broken parts inside, which made it difficult to use, but that wasn't a problem for us.

Lovely stay near Budva old town and with easy access to the break and a great breakfast

The breakfast and the outdoor garden, we stayed 3 nights and every day the breakfast had something new! Also it’s like 10 mins away from the beach and 30 mins away from the old town of Budva (walking)

Parking around the property could be a mess, unfortunately it was complicated to navigate and park.

It was a dream vacation at Residence Bella. A quiet place in the crowded Budva city, good location, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Comfortable and clean rooms and, most importantly, excellent staff. Jan and Andjela are extraordinary people, true friends who made us feel at home.

We have spent 5 days there. The hospitality was amazing. Very kind & supportive staff :). Also very resourceful in resolving anything that we requested - from airport transfer, to taxi order and air conditioner repairing etc. Also very good location in the city and only 300ms from the seashore. Great breakfest served each day. Thank you again!

The hosts were incredible. Cudo’s to Andjela and Jan for being the best they could be, sharing a drink with us and helping in any situation. If we had more hosts like them world would be a better place for sure

The climate unit in the room had some kind of a weird timer that you would not know when it will turn of the AC so you wake up in the middle of the night totally soaked because the AC went off

Jan was a great host. he was the most helpful and considerate host I have seen so far. the hotel is very close to great beaches, and also it is 15 20 minutes by walking to great old town of Budva.

This is is close to beach. Room was quite bigger and clean. This was our first time visit to Budva and we could book all the good city tours from near to hotel. Staff was helpful. Thank you for making our stay comfortable.

Price-performance ratio was simply right. Breakfast has been sufficient and appropriate from my point of view (bread, fruit, eggs, cold cuts...) coffee is usually enough for me. The air conditioning in the room worked really well. Great location, just a few minutes to the beach or just under 20 minutes walk to the old town.

Good city, Good hotel, Helpful Staff

Hotels location is close enough to the beaches and restaurants. Staff were great, all can speak English and especially Jan is great guy who helped us everything what we asked for. One reminder, Its better to organize a transfer before you go from/to the hotel/airport or rent a car. Taxi drivers are waiting to take your money as maximum as they can :) (not all but mostly)

Excellent location, 5 min walk to the beach, with bars, restaurants and night clubs close by. The building and appartments are very well maintained, clean and comfortable. The manager is very friendly, helpful and always with a smile on his face!
