The location, staffs & the environment were very good

The property was neat and tidy. The staffs were really nice and their welcoming needs appreciation.

They let us checkin at 4 am (the bus arrived that late), so that's much appreciated. The terrace downstairs was very cute with a lot of greenery and the outside was in general quite stylish. there was also a small clean pool and the room was very spacious with 2 balconies overlooking the garden AND a small patio in front of the room with a similar view.

The place wasn't very clean apart from the bed and countertops and generally bathroom. the kitchen had unpleasant smell with dirty cutlery in the drawer, etc. the towels were unmatching and some much thinner and older than the others. all the small lights in the living room were broken, which made it hard to have a cosy atmosphere in the evening. the balcony door did not close properly, which considering we were on the 1st floor made the security questionable. the room was absolutely not soundproofed and the late and very loud guitar playing on the patio didn't help. they were hosts' private guests on top of it, they did stop after I asked about it though. but the noise of their gathering and of other guests continued and the front door didn't mute it well. the vibe was weird, there was this nice patio downstairs, but basically throughout our stay it was occupied by hosts' friends and family, which made us feel like we were staying in someone's house. the communication was the same: they replied about the checkin only late in the evening, never sent any message with instructions, didn't even show us around, didn't propose any breakfast. and the host doesn't really speak English, only her son.
