authentic cultural experience

The friendly owners who are willing to help with every little thing. The accommodation isn‘t located directly in the city center, which is perfect for staying among locals rather than in a tourist hotspot. This brings you closer to the culture. Many beaches are within walking distance, as are a number of restaurants and shopping facilities.

The spacious balcony offers the opportunity for relaxed evenings or breakfast outside. The only thing that is a bit annoying here is the outside air conditioning system – it is quite loud and there is a strong wind, which makes sitting on the balcony uncomfortable. However, I believe that not every balcony has this type of air conditioning.

Nice clean apartment close to beach

Apartment was nice and clean, spacious with lovely balcony. Staff were very friendly and easy to contact. Close to the beach and around lots of shops and places to eat

the walls of the rooms are quite thin meaning you could hear a lot of what was happening in other rooms and the corridor, which was a bit disruptive at night

- view from balcony on the mountains - location, near to Budva old town and riviera reastaurants

- wifi never worked in our apartment (number 6), - not clean (mold in the shower, soap with hairs from people before us, no cover on one pillow), - moisture and chipping paint on the bathroom ceiling, moldy and moisty smell in whole apartment - rusty wet clothes hanger, - lack of basic facilities like ellectric kettle in the kitchen, - payment only with cash

In general the owner had very positive attitude and tryed to help with oriantation in the area. The location of the place is very good.

1. The Wi-Fi in the room DID NOT work. If you want to use it you have to stand on your feet next to the door of the room to have it. Inside the room no covarage at all. From the first day I noted this to the owner - no reaction. 2. The light in the bathroom/toilet didn't work. Also noted to the owner - they didnt repair it till the end of my stay! It is good there was a window, so during the day I didnt need it :) 3. It is written "avialable parking" - but ... not always and with some conditions. If you arrive too late you are not able to accsess the internal parking and outside is full, so you have to drive around until find a place.

Nice location, has a lot of shops, restaurants, bakeries near. City beach and some of the clubs are 5-6 minutes away by foot. Hosts were amazing, especially Jelena. Very helpful and communicative.
