Good Hotel

We had a pleasant stay at this property and there are many positive aspects worth highlighting. 1 - First, the location is excellent, very convenient and quiet at the same time. 2 - The host was extremely welcoming and friendly, always ready to help. One day I got sick, and he personally showed us where we should go, which was very thoughtful. Also, even though I returned after breakfast hours, he kindly prepared something for me, which was such a nice gesture. 3 - The property has a restaurant as well, with very good quality food at fair prices. 4 - Our room had a balcony, and despite being in a central area, it was very peaceful. On the other hand, there are a few areas for improvement. 1 - The room, although equipped with everything needed, felt quite old, and the bed was not very comfortable. 2 - The air conditioner was positioned in a way that blew directly on the bed, which wasn’t ideal. 3 - Regarding breakfast, it wasn’t buffet-style, so instead of being able to select freely, we waited at the table for the owner to serve what he had prepared. While he was kind and willing to bring extra items when asked, it still felt a bit limiting.

Absolutely Fabulous !

Location was ideal, facilities were spot on but what stood out were the staff. They were exceptional, friendly, helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We arrived after one am and they organised our arrival for which, after a six hour bus ride, we were extremely grateful. But the highlight was the meal, quite simply divine. We would definitely go back at the drop of a hat.

It was simply lovely in all respects.

It wasn’t where Booking.com said it was in the map that was produced when I clicked on my reservation in my phone. Because of that, I paid a very high flat fee to the cab driver who picked me up at the bus station. Based on the map from Booking.com, the hotel was several minutes from the bus station. It was actually about one minute away. Your website needs to make sure that the correct location is shown on maps produced from the address listed on your site. I was quite frustrated that I overpaid the cabbie. In addition, he and I had a verbal spat because the hotel wasn’t where your website indicated it was.

You feel like at home from the very first minutes treated like family members, big thanks to the owners and everyone who works there!!! Here you feel warmly welcomed

The breakfast was served to the tables including bread, cold cuts, cheese, fruit, juice, youghurt and pie + coffee or tea, honey and jam. For us this suited very well and we didn't long for a buffet type of breakfast.

Very good

We were welcomed on arrival by the very friendly owner/manager and, being close to the bus station, it was convenient for us passing through. There were plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars in the streets around, a bit cheaper and more straightforward than those towards the beach and old town. The breakfast was an amazing surprise - really good and taken in the lovely garden. The price was reasonable given the prices elsewhere in peak season.

It was a little cramped but fine for a night passing through. I couldn't work out the tv and box, but didn't ask for help as we were there so briefly - it may be my own fault, however perhaps a little printed guide could help.

Amazing stay!

Our hosts, Bronko and Rada Ivanovic, were amazing and treated us like family. The food was so good and the back patio so pleasant that we never ate anywhere else!

The breakfast was amazing! Our room was small, but very clean, quiet and comfortable. Parking was provided across the street. Location was good.

We had some difficulty locating the owners for check-in. It took us about 10minutes, but we found them in the restaurant (not at reception). Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Great accomodation

The unit is really neat and clean, there's quite a spacious balcony area. The bathroom was also nice with a hair dryer and towels included. The manager was super polite and helpful. Breakfast was great! The manager made a full plate of traditional food with juices and coffee and tea... The unit is also 20mins away from the old town with a market and a beach nearby.

The owner was really welcoming and friendly. The breakfast in the garden with the fountain was really beautiful and calming amidst the excitement in Budva. The breakfast spread was diverse and delicious. The room was well-kept and comfortable. The air-conditioning worked great and we slept very well.

Feel back home

The room is clean but cramped and old style. if you are looking for a stylish room, it’s not your choice. But if you want to feel back home, here is the place. The hosts reminded me of my grandparents, they are so hospitable, always try to take care of us. you can also feel it through the abundant breakfast, which can match with these from starred hotel. my friend and I are worrying about how could it be profitable after offering us so many things

Nice family hotel close to the center

The staff, the location, the owner, the cleaning service, the room sizes, the furniture, stuff like the hair dryer, sofa etc. The hotel seemed to belong to this really nice family and i had a lovely time talking with them. Really nice family run establishment. The owner and his family were very friendly and courteous and really good company. Had a lovely time.

The internet connection wasn't always good. Water drained slowly in the wash basin. There were giant mosquitoes coming into the washroom. The shower surface was a bit damaged.

Great hotel with awesome staff

Firstly there is the owner, Franco, which is there 24/7 to please your needs, he is really helpful and talks English, French, German. Our room was ready and we had a balcony looking to the yard, really quiet and clean. Food was great and the service as well. I requested flowers for the room and they were there. I really like the olive yard as we eat there a lot, breakfast very delicious and big and also lunch and dinner. Dragan the waiter was very kind, as the kitchen staff which basically it’s Franco’s family. Also close to the beach, something like 5 minutes walk. Advantages were that around the hotel were shops, restaurants and so on. We also had parking included which is tricky there! So price for value extremely great! I fully recommend!

Great location, great host!

Location is perfect - close to the center area and beach alley, 15 minutes walk to the old town. In the same time its quiet and calm. The host is a great gentleman, he just makes you feel at home. And the price is superb for what you get.

Rooms are comfortable and you have everything you need, however I suggest some renovations at some point, but its not something urgent.

Beautiful and relaxing, in a very welcoming location.

I liked everything, starting with the owner, a special man, Mr. Branko, very kind and welcoming as well as his wife. The exterior but especially the interior of the hotel and the location, almost so many beaches but also shops of different profiles, breakfast and dinner rich enough and the place in the garden with olive trees where meals are served. The attention they pay to each tourist is to be appreciated. It is worth appreciating the fact that Mr. Branko can answer and give advice on what to visit and what are the most important places and aspects to see in Budva, Podgorita and its surroundings.

There are no aspects that we did not like.
