Good for one-two days of staying to explore seaside around.

Location is great and close to everything. Building is new. Apartment is new, nice and clean. Mountain view was great and the same as on the pictures.

Regarding pictures I was expecting normal kitchen, there was only fridge and kettle -that’s it. We had issues with drainage systems in shower in first day- it was fixed, but spoiled the impression from our staying.

New,but dirty

The appartments are brand new! The mattresses are super comfortable. There is free parking and the location is near the old town and the city beach. The communication with the host was great.

Unfortunately all of our 3 appartments were not cleaned properly. Pee on the toilet seats, surfaces of the tables sticky, the floors not cleaned. I believe that if they do not change their cleaning staff ,in one year the property will be destroyed!!!

Cozy apartament 10 mins walk seaside , well furnitured and tidy.

New comfortable furniture , comfortable mattress, clean and tidy, 10 mins by foot from seaside. Big parking and easy to access.

Aircon devices around the building on the fassade were but noisy if you don’t close the windows properly. The fridge is a bit too small specially for summer season when you need to storage some bottles of water.An additional chair or somewhere to sit similar would be needed, the sofa is only size for two people.

Perfect apartment stay in Budva

It was new and modern with a very strong power pressure on the shower which was amazing so relaxing ,loved the Location also a lot of parking availability at the property,having lifts was very helpful for our stay too 👍🏼

The flooring in the apartment is such a light colour the dirt is very noticeable would have been nice for the floors to get cleaned during our stay

Despite my refusal, hotel staff forcibly entered my room and violated my privacy

I made reservation and checked into my room. About 30 minutes later, two hotel staff members entered my room without permission using a master keycard. At that moment, my wife was naked because we were tired and resting in bed. They were not housekeeping staff — they said they needed to drill into the wall to hang a painting. Even though I told them to leave, they ignored me and instead shouted at me in response. They forcefully carried out the work they claimed needed to be done, completely violating our privacy. The hotel staff members saw my wife in a state of undress, which was a serious invasion of our privacy. While I was recording the situation on video, they shouted at me again, telling me to stop filming. My wife was so distressed by this harassment that she began to cry. I reported the incident to the hotel management, and they told me that the hotel manager would be sent to my room immediately. However, no one ever came. Instead, the hotel staff only sent a message via WhatsApp and never showed up in person. I was forced to leave the hotel on my own and reported the situation to Booking.com support. This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had, and the staff were the rudest people I’ve encountered in my life.

Great hotel loved the size of the rooms

Excellent new hotel very nice big rooms with sofa and Tv , bed was exceptionally comfortable and a great size , nice fluffy towels as well .Host was very responsive when we had a hiccup checking in

Nothing not too like it was clean but I think it had literally just been built and there was still a bit of builders dust on the floor which meant we dirtied the lovely new fresh white towels

Value for money, and good location.

Building is really new, modern. Code doors so check-in is easy. Free parking and location is near to restaurants. A supermarket is just around the corner, 2 minutes walk. Old town is about 20 minutes walk, but nearby. You don’t need to drive there and pay parking. Beach next to Old town Budva is really nice. So location is definitely good. The fridge in the room was super cold!

The apartment is really noisy. You hear people in other apartments walking and talking. The electricity was down for two times. Although solved within an hour, still annoying. No apologies given. Never met the host, all by app. No decoration in the room, really sober. No washing machine, no kitchen. You run out of hot water really fast, so the second person to take a shower has to be quick. There were two remote controls (tv and aircon), but only one set of batteries. Although host said she would bring new, she never did.

Banyo ve balkon kapısı tam kapanmıyordur.Giriş anahtarı /kartı sistemin pili düşük uyarısı verdiğinden manuel anahtarla açılıp kapanıyordu. Banyo için ayak havlusu , ve bir kaç extra yastık iyi olabilirdi.

В конечном счете опыт от этого места считаю очень негативным, точно не рекомендую это место!

- Неплохие внешне номера и само здание. У первых этажей есть приятные веранды, на которых можно посидеть вечером. Есть телевизор с YouTube. - Есть бойлер, главное его не выключить снаружи туалета! (отдельная кнопка на работу бойлера, в первый день мы его отключили и только потом узнали, как включить) - Есть чайник, НО всего две кружки и никаких столовых приборов + тарелок! Это сильно мешает - Разрешили выехать попозже, вместо 10 утра в 12.

- Начались проблемы еще с заселения: у нас было самозаселение (такое правило, если вы въездаете после 16), но нам ответили только через 5 часов после нашего сообщения, что мы готовы заселиться. Последовали инструкции из первой сообщения (так как не дождались такого долгого ответа хоста), НО оказалось, что мы вселились не в наш номер, хотя от «нашего» номера ключей не было. Контакт с хостом считаю очень плохим. - Безумно грязно: с самого начала пол был просто отвратительный. Носки становились черными за 5 секунд. - Мало полезных вещей: нет утюга, столовых приборов, тарелок. Это подается как апартаменты, а не отель, а тут ничего из апаратов не присутствует. - Огромный минус - это проблемы с безопасностью. Не хочу говорить подробнее, но мы с друзьями обнаружили огромную проблему и нам было немного страшно оставлять свои вещи в номере. - Некуда вешать мокрые вещи. - Идти до бесплатного пляжа около 10 минут, ближе только платные лежаки.

La stanza non era particolarmente pulita, c’erano molte briciole e polvere sul pavimento al nostro arrivo. Un vero peccato perché la stanza è veramente bella e grande.

مريحة ومناسبة للعائلات

شقق ملينيوم هي عبارة عن شقق مفروشه (مخدومة) بدون استقبال، لكن فيها خدمة تنظيف الغرف من الساعة ١٠ صباحاً وحتى الرابعة. العاملات (الاثنتين) نساء كبيرات ومحترمات، لكن كان يدخلون الغرف بدون استأذان والسبب انه ليس هناك كرت او ما شابه لمعرفة رغبتك. الشقق جديدة وأثاثها جديد، ويبدو انهم لم يكملوا التأثيث! لان هناك بعض النواقص البسيطة التى لم تأثر كثيراً على راحتي مثل مكوى، غلاية ماء،… فهذي الأشياء كانت معي بالصدفة!!! موقعها ممتاز بالقرب منك بقالة (دقيقتين) ومجموعة مطاعم كويسة وتفتح إلى وقت متأخر وفيه كذلك مخبز ممتاز الدخول للشقق كان سهل والخروج كذلك فيه مواقف مجانيه

بعيدة نوعاً ما عن القرية القديمة حوالي ٢٠ دقيقة، لكن ما كنت مشكله، لان الشاطئ قريب والممشى منه للقريه ممتع عدم وجود مكوى عدم وجود غسالة عدم وجود هيتر (غلاية ماء) دولاب الملابس يبدو قادم بالطريق

Agréable malgré quelques petits défauts

Spacieux, petite terrasse, climatisé, bonne connexion internet, salle de bains agréable, grand lit, ménage inclu, facile d’accès…

Le ménage au sol laissait à désirer à notre arrivée et la femme de ménage ne passant que le matin et ne parlant pas anglais, on a dû attendre 2 jours avant que ce soit fait. Des défauts d’aménagement un peu pénibles : un volet occultant pour la baie vitrée mais une lucarne sans volet de l’autre côté = il faisait grand jour le matin, difficile de dormir. Aucun crochet pour accrocher les serviettes mouillées. Au début, nous étions très peu fournis en gel douche/shampooing (mais la propriétaire a été réactive). Logement ressemblant à une chambre d’hôtel : spacieux mais pas énormément de charme. Mais très convenable à nos besoins pour ces vacances.

החדר היה נקי ומסודר מאוד. חדר חדש ומשוכלל. יחד עם זאת מדובר בחדר קטן יחסית ובסיסי. מתאים לזוגות ויחידים בלבד. תהליך צק אין והצק אאוט היה בסדר גמור כמעט ללא מגע אדם. מבחינת המיקום נמצא במרחק של קצת יותר מק"מ מהמרכז ככה שנגיש בהליכה למי שרוצה ללכת אחרת יש לקחת את הרכב או מונית. בסהכ התמורה למחיר מלאה כיוון שהחדר יחסית זול מאוד והוא מאוד נוח ונעים .

Savršen smještaj u srcu Budve – čisto, udobno i uz vrhunsku uslugu!

Apartman je izuzetno čist, moderno uređen i ima sve što je potrebno za udoban boravak. Lokacija je odlična – na par minuta hoda od plaže i centra Budve. Domaćin je bio vrlo ljubazan i uslužan, a prijava i odjava su prošle bez ikakvih problema.

Iskreno, nemam zamjerki. Sve je bilo kako treba i čak iznad očekivanja.
