Amazing

Everything was perfect, the rooms were very clean and tidy. The staff was very kind and accommodating with everything. The location is fantastic – the beach is only a 5-minute walk away, and the Old Town is just 10 minutes. The breakfast was also very tasty, with a wide variety to choose from. If I return to Budva, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

TEA IS NOT INCLUDED TO BREAKFAST!!! They did not change the towels and the bed covers daily.

Newly renovated property , so seems Clean and is at a great location , close to the beach and little shops.

Other than that the place will leave you bittersweet, The two girls at the reception are the sweetest (and able to communicate) none of the staff can really communicate, even basic English isn’t available, again you might get over that , but they are very rude , the owners are nosey and keep staring at you whenever you walk in or out of the hotel and especially during breakfast! Omg . We stayed 10 nights and had the exact same breakfast every morning not the worse but the breakfast timings were till 10:30 , incase you went for your breakfast just after 9:00, most of the food would be over and they won’t refill it! Just tell you it’s finished. About the room , their were barely any toiletries we had to buy out own shampoo , soap and toilet paper. Also there is no kettle/ coffee machine in the room as mentioned in the amenities. We asked for an Iron and they said they don’t have it but when I mentioned about it being on booking , they sighed and got one from us from around. One of the mornings we were bringing a banana up from our breakfast and was stopped and shouted at by the owner (in his own language) to not bring it up . When told it’s literally just a fruit , he threw his hands and went off.

Not really what we expected

Location was good Hotelroom was spacious (we had a 4 persons room) Restaurant and cafe downstairs A lot of shops, restaurants, cafe's and bakery in the neighbourhood

Unfortunately we expected a lot more for this value. 1. Parking is 20 euro's one day 2. We spend more than 200 euro's for 1 night. And we think we did not get the value for our money 3. Very small bathroom. The shower was less than 1 squre meter. 4. Water from the shower turn very cold and very hot every 10 seconds. We could not get a normal shower. Only cold showers. 5. Toilet was dirty when we arrived. Because there was no cleaner, they postponed the cleaning till next day. Unacceptable because we want to use the toilet directly. So we had to clean it ourselves. 6. Toilet seat was broken. This took 3 days to fix. 7. No curtain in the bathroom window. So we had to hang our own. 8 in my opinion this is more like a good 2 or a regular 3 star hotelroom and not 4 star.

Emplacement difficile pour les voitures mais il y a un parking sous terrain donc pas de problème pour se garer. Petit déjeuner correct

Genelde menun kaldık. Budva'ya gidersek yine bu otelde kalmayı düşünebiliriz.

Kahvaltı gayet iyiydi. Otelin konumu gayet merkeziydi. Otoparkı olması çok iyiydi. Yatakların rahat, banyo temiz ve modern, odanın klimalı olmasını sevdik. Oda temizliğinin günlük olması iyiydi. Ödemenin otelde yapılması iyiydi. Otelin kahvaltı dahil fiyatı gayet uygundu. Otelin yöneticisi çok ilgili ve yardımcıydı.

Resepsiyonda genelde kimse yoktu. Duş bozuldu. Odadaki kasa çalışmıyordu.

В номере было грязно, грязный пол по которому ползали муравьи, когда мы в него вошли. За всё время пребывания пол ни разу не помыли, но доя нас это было не сильно страшно. В туалете не смываются грязные дела без дополнительного напора воды из душа или ведра. В общем номер не плохой, кровать удобная, кондиционер работал (странно, но работал) большой балкон с неплохим видом (5 этаж). Завтраки не очень шикарные, но мы всегда находили что поесть. Если вы любите что-то особое на завтрак, то вам не сюда, яйца и колбаса есть.

Завтрак был хороший, кофе отличный, что большая редкость. В номере есть маленький холодильник, но нет чайника. Есть лифт. Рядом с отелем продуктовые магазины, пекарни, кафе, аптеки, салоны красоты. В 15 минутах ходьбы от отеля находится автобусная станция, откуда можно поехать также в соседние страны.

Горячие напитки нужно заказывать в баре, и их дают по одной чашке на человека. От отеля до пляжа идти минут 10, до старого города примерно 20 минут. В пик сезона Будва очень переполнена туристами, пляж муниципальный, места свободного практически нет, шезлонги и туалеты платные.

Aufenthalt im Hotel hat uns gut gefallen. Frühstück war gut. Lage war gut: nur 5 Min. zum Strand. Personal war sehr freundlich. Sauberkeit war gut. Das Restaurant des Hotels ist sehr empfehlenswert. Das Hotel ist familiengeführt, was sehr vorteilhaft ist.
