Really good choice for that money

If you struggle to find the locations, it’s inside the Balkan Restaurant. The price is really good, nice comfortable room with heating and conditioning if needed. Great breakfasts (not included, it’s about 10.5 euros with coffee).

For this price everything is really good. The only thing is WiFi doesn’t work in number 1 and elderly people don’t speak English.

Friendly staff in the restaurant and great pizza.

Wifi didn't work in the room, neither did the TV. Bathroom is very small and has minor defects. Accommodation is not worth the money or 4 stars, it should have 2 staras.

Find another hotel or guest house.

The location and the lady working there. Nothing else.

It was probably a nice hotel 10 years ago, with another owner, I guess. Now it’s old, degraded, and lacking care from the owner. The guest house is sold as 4 stars but it doesn’t reach 2 stars. There are electric powers open (unsafe), tv of 80’s, the worst bed I ever slept in. The owner was drinking with friends, and, evidently, too busy to put care in giving required directions to find the place (not in Google maps and wrongly located in booking). The parking places are always full, or at least, for us. Overall, embarrassing.

Junk everywhere.

The person named Sonja has made efforts to help us.

There is no Wi-Fi in the room. The place was tiny, there was no ventilation. Non of the offerings were there, we had to ask for the hot water kettle. The shower door was broken , it was almost impossible to take a shower, we even offered to fix it. The door of the bathroom does not close. The tv “not a flat screen “ did not work.

Location near the beach & centre, friendly people working there & good breakfast

It was very basic and for nearly the same money you can get a much cozier place to stay. My boyfriend thinks the breakfast was good and I agree but it could be more complete with fruits, cereals/oatmeal, juice and stuff. The room was obviously quite old and so was all of its furniture. The vibe was somehow a bit old too, then. But the location kind of made up for it. So if you're looking for a basic place and nothing too fancy this place will do for sure :)

The room was so spartan and the tv...so "dead”. The level of the room compared to the descriptions was no more than 2 stars.... with indulgence...

The staff was polite.

The room was really really basic, without a table and chairs in the room. The furniture was in bad shape. The photos published at Booking give you an impression that rooms are much nicer. There is also a restaurant, but in the evening was without guests.

Basic but good for a budget stay

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Good WiFi acces Breakfast Parking

The kitchenette wasn't very well equipped, no forks, sharp knives or utensils. The fridge makes a very loud noise for hours when you've put things in it so it can chill down again. The neighbours were particularly noisy one night we could hear a lot from them.

Friendly staff, close to the beach.

Old school furniture. No window and ventilation in the bathroom. Poor living room.

Close to old city and beach.

The room was small, bed matras was too soft and toilet was so tinny. You can hardly sit. No shampoo or any shower gel. The airco was making too much noise I hardly sleep. It was given 4 star status. But I guess it’s only 2 star.

Great short stay!

Location and comfortable room, just 5 minutes from the beach makes this location a great potential for any visitor who is on short or long stay in Budva, great friendly owner who is eager to assist you for any topic one could have! Clean spacious room with stable Wi Fi and large balcony is what one needa while in loccation! I will defibtely come back again next time I visit Budva
