Lovely welcome on arrival. Place is spotless. Staff excellent.

From the moment I arrived the hotel made a strong first impression. Check-in was smooth and very efficient, collecting my key was quick and easy everything was clearly explained, which set the positive tone for my stay. The room itself was very clean comfortable and well presented including a kettle. The housekeeping maintained a high standard throughout my visit. The host provided recommendations for my breakfasts and evening meals, these venues provided excellent value for money with great scenery and stunning views. The quality of the food was consistently good and service was relaxed yet attentive. If you're staying, it's worth asking the host for a recommendation on where to eat. Staff were approachable and always happy to help with any queries. Checking out was just as straightforward as arrival quick, hassle free and handled professionally. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay, with great service a comfortabe room and good food options nearby. I would happily recommend this hotel and would definitely consider staying again in the future.

Remote control for TV didnt work, but as I did not make them aware of it I can't complain. Shower door was missing but this maybe have been deliberate, as shower room was small and a door would've reduced the space even further.

We were met at reception with the lovely staff, who also helped with our bags :). the overall accomodation building is so clean and modern, the jasmin flower bushes walking in were beautiful and you could smell them all day! The location was absolutely perfect, the staff were so helpful and kind - thanks to Dragan for his knowledge and advice. There was a supermaket right next door, a short walk to beach and more shops and small coffee shops - you have to check out 219 you can get a full breakfast for 8 euros with a voucher from reception this includes a coffee and fruit juice. The staff and service in there is amazing too, great food and beer too later in the day. We highly recommend Casa Mia and we will definately be back. Thanks for making our Montenegro holiday the best ever.
