Good location relative to the beach, friendly staff and clean room.

Super friendly and responsive staff, who helped us arrange transport to and from the airport. Clean, comfortable and modern room.

Receptionists were absent

The room was clean. Nothing jaw droping but everything was nice. Sanda was helpful.

Receptionists was not present at the Reception. So we had to text to or call a numberthat was left on the Reception every time. House keeping left the balcony door open after cleaning which was unacceptable for safety. We left it closed for a reason. Also dont forget to ask the Reception to pay your city tax if you wont pay it at the city Center tax office. Reception will not ask or remind you to pay for it.

Beautiful villa in a great location!

The property is lovely! I loved it so much I extended. Perfectly clean, comfortable, newly renovated. Great place to relax and feel like you’re away from the crowds but still only a short walk to the beach. The staff is very helpful as well. Would definitely stay again!

Very smart villa, great location, just over 10 mins walk to the beach! Nice and clean. Sandra was contactable at all times. I already booked and then asked for an additional night with short notice and Sandra had no problem arranging it. Not rushing me to pay for the additional night either which was lovely.

My stay at Villa DiEden was wonderful! The host Snezana is such a warm and caring person and even if we didn't have a common language (unfortunately she doesn't speak any English) we understood each other well. The room was light and spacious with a big balcony towards a quiet street and everything was just very comfortable. The location is excellent in a residential neighbourhood out of the busy buzz of the main beach area. Yet it's within walking distance to old town and the main beaches.

Nice place to stay

The host offered us an apartment instead of the room we booked, so we've got additional space and a kitchen for free. The apartment has different appliances you need, wonderful bed, nice view, calm street. It's very clean and comfortable. Also, the host was very friendly and ready to help.

The only thing I would add is hooks in the bathroom - there was really no hook to hang our towels.

We enjoyed very much our stay. Everything was great. The reception girl was really nice and very friendly. The room was very comfy and clean. Great location. We walked down to the beach for less than 10 min and Old City was just 20 min away on foot. We had great time in Budva.
