The location is ideal! The Staff is very friendly and helpful. We got upgraded to a Luxury Suite during our stay which made our anniversary even more special. The Spa facilities are spacious and extremely clean. It was the perfect weekend getaway!

Very short walk to the old town & fort. Wonderful pool, spa, sauna etc with easy parking & in house restaurant. Rooms were very clean & comfortable. Staff were also very friendly & helpful.

Wonderful stay

The location is perfect, right next to the old town, beaches and marina. Very relaxed atmosphere but top quality, fantastic breakfast, very helpful staff. We were upgraded to a suite without asking and when we checked in they didn't even mention it, such a wonderful gesture, it made our stay quite special. We were lucky enough to have a sea view balcony and a balcony to the side overlooking the old town. The walk in shower was amazing, big enough for a football team with a sliding door opening onto the side balcony. Thank you

Good quality hotel and facilities right next to old town.

Great location, good modern room with balcony and seaview. Good breakfast buffet. Great pools and spa and plenty of beds by pool and on private beach.

Rooms near lift can hear it arriving day and night as it has a loud 3 note chime. Reception and concierge helpful but waiting staff a little detached and unhappy. That said I would recommend this hotel and stay again.

Not fault of the property per se but the hotel would benefit from having a seperate entry off the main road to get to the hotel. The traffic for people trying to park in the public lots near was a bit frustrating trying to return.

The location and the view were great. Very spacious suite

Arrived for a 3 night stay and on arrival day found out needed to change plans to go back home a day earlier. Hotel said booking.com wouldn’t allow changes to the reservation. Other host at a later hotel thru booking was able to cancel a non refundable prepaid but this large hotel wouldn’t assist us due to a death in the family and needing to return home a day early. The pool was also hard to find seats at. Breakfast buffet was a zoo and we only went once as a result.

This hotel is a CHILD HATER! I brought my daughters to Budva to see their father and booked a room for myself. The next day my daughters came to the hotel to use the beach and pool. I informed the reception and asked to pay a daily use fee. They said it couldn't be done and wouldn't let my children in. I wanted to get a room, they said they had no room. Then I asked them to take them to my room for an extra fee, they said they could only accept 1 child. I had to choose a child and I wanted to take my older daughter with me because she was sick. Meanwhile, my 7-year-old little girl did not want to leave me and we had a drama.

Although they saw these, neither the reception staff nor the gentleman who I did not understand what the manager was there did not even look at our faces. They talked and laughed among themselves. We're checking out today. I am burning my 2 nights money and moving to Splendid with my children. I condemn the reception staff Igor Kojicic and Milka Daciic for their sarcastic attitude!!! I hope you live what you live, dear Avala Hotel!!

Do yourself a favour and book this amazing hotel you won’t regret it .

Everything was perfect , the location with private beach was beautiful right next to the old town . We were lucky enough to get a room upgrade with an amazing view . Highly recommend this hotel and the staff made it a special stay . Look no further you will not be disappointed.

My sea view room was amazing, i slept with a sea sound as the sea was right in front of my room, 10 meters distance

Sauna room works only from 16:00 i was not informed and was a bit upset in the morning.

We enjoyed every moment spent at Avala. The rooms are clean spacious and the view from the balcony is extraordinary.
