Fantastic location, very comfortable hotel

Hotel was very well located close to the old town, right near the water. Staff were very friendly. Room was a good size, very comfortable and clean. Hotel had a very nice restaurant conveniently located downstairs - food was very nice, particularly breakfast. Room didn't have a kettle on arrival and hotel was kind enough to find one for me during my stay.

Seven Days of Sheer Comfort and Hospitality

I truly enjoyed a full 7-day stay at this hotel. One word sums it up: impeccable! Spacious and beautifully arranged rooms with all the necessary amenities, spotless cleanliness maintained by attentive and precise housekeepers, and receptionists who are always more than willing to assist with anything you may need. The breakfast at the hotel’s Hemingway restaurant deserves a special mention — rich, diverse, and of very high quality, served by professional waiters who go out of their way to make sure every guest feels well taken care of. All compliments go to the entire staff, and especially to the hardworking manager Zlatko, whose leadership ensures that the hotel operates with perfect efficiency — truly like clockwork.

Dated but central and good breakfast

Fantastic location.

Staff varied a lot. One of the gentlemen in the reception was like a model of hospitality for others to aspire to. The woman there at other times was perhaps the most useless receptionist I’ve ever encountered. I asked her the general direction of the shops open on Sunday and she said ask someone outside and they will direct you. Not very helpful.

The hotel staff were very friendly and the location was fantastic. In walking distance to old town.A bonus was Hemingway's restaurant located in the hotel which was delicious. The rooftop breakfast was lovely with amazing views.

Good location for the old town.

The staff at breakfast were absolutely lovely. The feeling of ‘the hotel room rules’ was a little dairy g! Not allowed to do this, this or this etc. pay 10 euro if you lose the plastic card.

Perfect location and a very nice hotel

Central location. 5 min walk to the old town and to the beach. Markets and shopping centers are in walking distance. I used the bus to go to Kotor and the Bus station was in 15-18 min walking distance as well. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. My room was looking over the backyard so it was very calm, no noise from the street side. The breakfast with a view from the rooftop was wonderful!!! The staff is also very friendly and helpful.

Maybe it would be nice to receive a bottle of water upon checkin in the room after a long flight. But other than that i have nothing negative to say.

really nice hotel (facilities), super friendly staff (we even got offered a lunch package when we informed them about our 5am departure), nice breakfast on the rooftop, great location.

The hotel does not have dedicated parking, nor does it have a deal with local parking lots in the immediate proximity. Given the traffic and crowds in the area during summer, this is definitely a draw back.

The hotel is in a perfect location, the staff were pleasant and helpful, the rooms comfortable. Breakfast was really enjoyable. The staff even remembered our coffee orders the next morning.

Breakfast has the most wonderful Vista of the old town and the staff were exceptionally friendly. Beautiful classic decor - white quality linen and the hotel is soooooo central. Loved the view too from our room.

Favorite Hotel of our trip so far!!

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome by Zlatko Corovic! We arrived early so our room wasn't ready for checking in, which was fine. We were given a complimentary coffee in the restaurant to welcome us! Zlatko helped us organise a taxi to take us to do some laundry, unfortunately the laundry wasn't where google said it was! Zlatko then helped us organise some laundry through the hotel to tide us until we could get a big wash done on our trip. The hotel is a 2 min walk to the old town so is in a fabulous location. The hotel is modern and very clean and very comfortable! We enjoyed our breakfast in Hemingway's restaurant each morning. Would highly recommend staying here and would stay again!!

Not sure anything could have been better. All staff were helpful in suggesting restaurants to eat at. Zlatko also helped us organise a car transfer to Podgorica which all went very smoothly!

Perfect! Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Stayed here for several nights. Great breakfast, gorgeous rooms, convenient parking, perfect location and amazing staff! Staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and all of our requests: they allowed my husband to use hotel's facilities for a 2am meeting (with US) so he didn't have to disturb me in the middle of the night; and had one staff member come in extra early to pack us breakfast to go because we checked out too early to enjoy it in the restaurant. We felt truly welcomed. We were there slightly before the peak season so parking was wonderfully convenient- right next to the hotel. Hotel was tiny but gorgeous and location was incredible: not only super amazing location in Budva, but Budva itself is a convenient, central location for traveling all over Montenegro. Loved loved loved it!

Wish there were shower doors but it certainly wasn't a deal breaker. Feel bad for cleaning staff for having to clean up the mess.

This is by far one of the best properties I’ve stayed in in terms of service and hospitality. The staff left no stone unturned to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The location of this property is the icing on the cake - most attractions are only a quick walk from the hotel. Highly recommend this and can’t wait to go back again
