Pleasant and no complaints but for the dark bathroom

Right at the entrance to the old town with breakfast available outside by the water.

The bathroom was virtually pitch black. Only usable with the door open and the hall light on. The staff knows this but there is nothing they can do. Who designed such nonsense????

From the moment we arrived staff are very friendly and welcoming we stayed in 201 a superior room at the front of the hotel the room was lovely and comfortable ,the only downside was that we could hear people talking outside it was quite noisy at times but we did have our window open most of the time. Air-conditioning available . kettle in room . Location was perfect right on the beach which was a real treat food was excellent and breakfast also overall thoroughly enjoyed us would definitely recommend Astoria hotel we wo and uld happily return

Best Location in Old Town Budva

The Location inside the old town wall makes this exceptional. the view from sea facing room was wonderful and the room was basic and comfortable bed, there was water kettle and small tea cups... no coffee or coffee cups so bring your own. The young lady from Serbia at the front desk was very helpful and really made the stay special.

There is no elevator but a giant of a young man will carry your bags up. The bathroom lights are very dim.

Perfect location and a great stay

The most perfect location the the old town. Hotel is on a beautiful little beach and residents have half priced loungers which is a big saving. Easy parking a few minutes away. The staff are fantastic and nothing is too much trouble.

Budva stay

The location. It is right in Old Town and by the beach.

The property needs some updates. My room had a water infiltration on the ceiling by the air conditioner. My toilet broke and they couldn’t fix - we needed to go to the bathroom in the lobby. Very annoying. I asked to change rooms but the manager told me that they were completely booked. The staff was nice and accommodating but they all multitask since they have 2 restaurants in the property so the receptionist is all over the place. The rooftop restaurant which has a beautiful view but horrible service. One waiter, who gives priority to the locals and ignore the tourists😢

Perfect location very good breakfast

I had a wonderful stay at the Astoria Hotel in the heart of Budva’s Old Town. The location is absolutely perfect – right in the middle of the historic castle area and just steps away from the beach. It doesn’t get better than waking up with the sea right outside your door and the charm of the Old Town surrounding you.

Great location for a beach vacation.

Staff were pleasant and friendly - stand out was Isidora on Reception. She went above and beyond. The beach loungers and umbrellas were excellent and a tasty enjoyable breakfast. Great location.

I did not like the bedding style. There was only a sheet over the mattress, no mattress protector or bed pad.

Loved this hotel!

The location was right in the center of Old Town and easy to walk everywhere. The hotel is beautifully appointed and the staff was excellent. Special shout out to Angela who gave us great recommendations for restaurants and helped us secure a rental car.

The only challenge was the jazz club next door to the hotel played until 1:00

Fantastic location and easily accessible

Dirty bed sheets that still had previous user’s hair on them. When called in the night to ask to have them changed the staff told us housekeeping was not available and I would have to come down to get myself and mae the bed

Location was good…in the old town and very close to Mogren beach!

My room would not cool down, even with the window open all night. The hotel says it has Air Conditioning, but that is not the complete truth (just like it says it has a front desk staff 24 hours a day, but doesn’t—7am to 11pm only)…my room had a blower which circulated air but it was not AC. Additionally, I was frustrated that most conversations with the front staff resulted in an “eye roll”, a fake smile and a condescending answer. I spoke with another guest who agreed that the location is great, but we would urge others not to stay there. It was a difficult stay.

Perfect view by the beach, great location in Old Town.

First of all, I would like to thank Ms. Alexandria at the reception; we are grateful for her warm smile and helpfulness. The hotel is situated in the most beautiful part of the city, right in the Old Town. We stayed in a sea-view room, which was spotless, and everything was perfect. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Budva.

Far away beyond expectations!

All was perfect, starting from the location, room (very clean) and its facilities, as well as its staff/Ms. Tamara was of great help and appears to be an excellent image of the hotel. The hotel is right on the beach, you might have your breakfast (extremely tasty) which is literally served at the beach. At the same time, you might enjoy exceptional views towards the sea and some parts of old and stoned building (part of beautiful Budva Old Town). The best beach (Mogren Beach) is less than five minutes walking from the hotel, with exceptional surrounding views (with cliffs/safe and green). Please don't forget your cameras and make sure they are sufficiently charged, as surrounding stunning views must be definitely shot!

Breakfast on the beach was awesome! A la carte and free! It is centrally located. The staff is super friendly and ready to help. Reception was quite helpful and friendly. Drinks outside in the evening were enjoyable. Rooms were modern clean. We requested a crib for the baby and it was ready when we got there. Internet was good as well. No parking here, but paid parking was close by. You have to specifically ask for daily parking which costs 15e/day. I didnt know, so I ended paying 70Euro for 2 days.

No elevator. I didnt check on the hotel page, and had to carry part of the baby stroller upstairs. But the staff let us keep part of it down at the reception.

A nice breakfast, but the waiter was so busy he could not return to our table. The breakfast by the sea was wonderful though. Location is great - it is in the old town.

It is expensive for the rooms, which were a bit small and dark. Since it was an old building, I thought it would have had more charm.

Hotel u srcu starog grada tik do plaze. Ekstremno ljubazni domacini , kao da niste u Crnoj Gori. Dolazimo 4 put i svaki put smo jako zadovoljni.Osoblje je zaista ljubazno i vecito nasmejano. I pored boravka sa decom koja su naporna sama po sebi bez ikakve zamerke za ceo personal.

Had such a lovely stay in the balcony suite

Had the only suite with balcony and seaview. That was so lovely! Very good bed, nice bathroom with robes. Breakfast was very, very good. Receptionists super friendly and effective!

Strange lamps over the bed, very bright light. Could had been more lights in the livingroom.
