A good place to stay

Everything was very good. We stayed with my 1,10 old son and it was very comfortable in the accommodation. The place is near the beach and close to the city center, so it was easy to went in any destination. Breakfast was good as well both for me and my son.

As a disappointing point was outdoor furniture... it was absolutely uncomfortable. The weather was perfect to sit on the balcony and enjoy the sea view, but outdoor seat was super uncomfortable, so I have to stay inside( Also there are a lot of loud cafes, so windows should be closed for the night. With windows closed, its quite in the room, so no issues. Its usual thing on the coast, just to keep it in mind ☺️ Despite that, all was good!

Great room and location.

Breakfast was awesome. The room was really large and comfortable. Parking is a bit tricky as others have mentioned. You really have to go to the desk and ask them to open the gate but how do you know that? You are just a couple of minutes to the beach and there are lots of restaurants beachfront. We had just drinks one evening and dinner one evening.

Parking instructions need to be made much more clear. Also, once you are in the parking garage, your key should give you access back instead of going to the desk again. It’s weird.

Lovely stay

Room was spacious din e we had a private bedroom and sitting area. Breakfast was included in the price which was a nice bonus. Parking was also included.

There was some street noise but didn’t last until late hours. Lots of construction going on around the hotel but was quiet.

Good option for a short stay

Great location, just 5 minutes walk from the old town and 15 mins walk to Mogren Breach. The breakfast was really delicious. It was very clean and staff were very helpful. It also provides free parking.

Lovely, comfortable, convenient hotel with a delicious breakfast buffet and very kind, attentive staff.

It had plenty of space with 2 rooms, and a balcony with a view & very comfortable bed. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet that came with the price of the room. Both of the ladies who checked us in were delightful. Marina had even arranged a transport fir us from Podgorica Airport to Fontana Hotel and from Budva to Kotor that was less than the advertized taxi prices. The location was excellent with easy access to see the Adriatic, to restaurants, Old Town Budva. We even walked to Becici & Mogeren Beach. We had a wonderful stay at Fotana Hotel.

Breakfast was super delicious. Staff were very kind. The bathroom was very comfortable and clean. The towels were very clean and smelling very well. We could park just infront of the hotel entrance every day.

We had a room with street view. The view we had was a construction. Everything else was OK.

Nothing about the hotel was a problem for us. There is a large new hotel/building coming up next to the hotel, but this didn’t affect our views or stay.

The hotel room was spacious and neatly furnished, everything was clean and new. The breakfast was very good, although not very versatile (pretty much the same every day).

Vey gdos stay besides the restaurant smells.

A comfortable suit with good size bedroom a nice living room and good bathroom. Room was clean and modern. Very good breakfast. Free underground parking. There is a good restaurant bakery and ice-cream shop in the hotel. Very close to the beach and to the old city. Nice staff who helped us get into the parking.

A bit hard to find the enterance to the parking from the main road. Biggest issue is the frying smells coming from the restaurant in the hotel ground floor. Prevented us from opening the windows or sit in the balcony. Hotel need to do something with the ventilation.

Awesome hotel

This time was our 2nd stay and everything was very very good. The location of the hotel, its cleanliness, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff are great. I am sure that I will definitely stay at this hotel next time I come.

It’s actually quite big apartment. Nice location!! Well knowledgeable receptionist speaks excellent English.

The electricity did cut off during our stay but that happened to the whole area. The parking garage access wasn’t efficient you need to wait for someone to open the door and it smells really bad!

Perfect boutique hotel very close to the old city, with parking and AC

Super location 4 min walking to the old city, free parking. it is a boutique hotel with large designed rooms. excellent breakfast with great variety. very friendly staff. we had a marvelous sea view from our living room window. perfect strong air-conditioning. I must confess that we were really impressed by the owner, not a young guy, who supervises everything almost 24/7, so that the whole complex (hotel + restaurant) is well functioning with great service. Good communication prior to check-in with specific push information on how to find the parking lot entrance.

The bed mattress was too soft for us. The toilet in room 105 is placed non-ideal inside the bathroom space - it is not comfortable to sit in because of its closeness to the bathroom cupboard. Also please note that entering the parking lot of the hotel forces you to contact the reception by phone (No Intercom). we strongly recommend the management have a WhatsApp account connected to the reception staff - because not everyone has a mobile open for regular calls.

Pretty much everything was perfect. Good location, very close to the old town, beaches, good restaurants. The staff was super friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious, with a comfy bed and good pillows. Really liked the balcony. Breakfast was varied and tasty. Parking was available, at no extra charge (which is a huge plus). The garage is a bit narrow, but still perfectly fine for any type of car. If you arrive by personal car, make sure to send a message to the hotel before arrival in order to get the directions for accessing the garage.

Coffee wasn't the best, tasted more like instant coffee.

Secure basement parking. Great large, although very minimal decore room. Large comfy bed. Nice helpful staff. Good breakfast. Great location - close to new town shops and restaurants, close to the seafront, and only 800m stroll to the old town.

Not much really - the lounge part of our room smelled lightly of smoke. We mentioned this and the only response from the lady who showed us the room was "sorry, but I smoke, so I dont notice it!" At least the bedroom didnt smell - I think the smokers (which includes almost everyone above 1 year old in the Balkan countries) smoked on the balcoy with the door open to the living room.

Good hotel with some flaws.

Breakfast was mostly good, omlettes were pre prapred so somtimes dry/cold but when we asked they prepared fresh one for us. Coffee was terrible.only availble from automatic machine which was very bad. Other then that good variety and baked goods. Good restaurant on site, big clean rooms.

Bathroom had a little bad smell due to sewer system.

It was very hard to find the parking place, there was no signs suggesting that the entrance to the parking would be from there, there was no speaker on the parking barricade that would enable us communicate with the staff.
