Great customer focus

I booked a room at the last minute (half an hour before arrival) for a week in January and found myself alone in the entire hotel. It was clean and in a great location. Special thanks for the breakfasts, which were prepared just for me every morning. I was even a little embarrassed :)

The WiFi was stable, but it throttled to 5 Mbps per device/connection.

Excellent breakfast, welcoming staff, clean and comfortable environment, good location.

Unfortunately there are regular apartments above the room(s) as the hotel is on the ground floor, so in the evening / at night you can hear kids running up and down above your head. It’s not the hotels fault, but a little bit disturbing

Great hotel. Excellent value for money

The hotel was very convenient to walk into the old town, only seven minutes. The room was clean and fresh with a kettle and little balcony looking up to the hills. Super comfy bed and pillow with lovely soft cotton bedding. Great breakfast in a nice Scandinavian dining room. Excellent value for money for an overnight stay.

Could stay here for longer, first 10 in a long time because totally happy with it

My entry into Montenegro wasn't super fast (roadworks) and I was wondering why I added Budva to my destination list. Until I was in my room, where I had a perfect night. The room is BIG, and has all comfort you want plus some more: bright, lots of electricity plugs, stable WiFi, good (and silent) AC ... The bed was super comfortable, the chairs were nice to relax ... The whole room (and hotel) feels.new and modern. The breakfast is home made: no fruit from cans but fresh cuts, nice selection of vegetables (warm and cold), cheeses.... Staff, both in breakfast kitchen and reception are really nice and helpful.

Hardly anything to mention here as I didn't gave a 10 in a long time. For this price, it was an amazing choice. Maybe the bread selection was limited. But looking at the number of available baskets, this might be an exceptional problem with the provisions.

Cozy rooms, fiendly staff and high value for money

Excellent breakfast with fruits, coffee, yogurt, bread etc. Very friendly staff and the late evening arrival was very well organized. Parking space was reserved as agreed beforehand and the room was big with big balcony.

Early breakfast would have been excellent at the day of departure.

The location is excellent, very close to the Old Town and the beach and the staff were generally friendly and helpful.

We did experience some issues during ourstay. The toilet was blocked and there was a strong smell of sewage. When I reported it, I was told that this was a problem across the country but we had just come from another hotel where there was no such issue. Additionally, the bathroom was flooded and reported it to the reception and he gave me a mop as a solution. I understand there's no cleaner anymore as it is before dinner but anyway it is what it is.

The stuff was very helpful

The hotel is 15 mins away from old town by walking so it is hard to walk when it is really hot. Room has air condition bathroom and bed. So it felts like l was staying in a school dormitory. If you are looking for just sleep and clean room. This is where you can stay. If you are looking for nice environments check the other hotels.

Nice place to stay in Budva

First of all the people that work there, they were all nice and would help with whatever information you needed. Bedroom was spacious and comfortable, all was pretty clean. It was close to the center so you could go to the closest beaches by foot. Breakfast was alright.

As everywhere be aware if you use taxi to go to other beaches as they use taximeter but one way to Jaz beach was 10 and to go back to Budva it was 30, taximeter was obviously alterated in the second taxi

I had a fantastic experience staying at Hotel Hermes Budva. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed — their hospitality truly made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location is perfect: quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk from the beach, Old Town, and all the main attractions in Budva. It was the ideal base for exploring the area. What stood out most was the cleanliness of the hotel. Everything — from the rooms to the common areas — was spotless and well-maintained throughout our stay. Overall, a comfortable, well-run hotel that exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Budva!

Glad we went

Could you arrange us a parking spot because the other one was full – Yea, no problem. Could you list, rank and add your personal favourite beaches that we could visit – Yea, no problem. Could you call as a cab, would you make more coffee, can we borrow the parasol. They even tracked down a lost cell phone for us, that we thought was surely never to be seen again. Idk what you would have to ask, for the staff to say “yea, that’s going to be a no”. The AC in the room worked just as one would think, plenty of closets, clean room with a big bed, that you can get pitch black if you so choose. We went with their recommendations whenever possible, and it just always paid off. I’m pretty convinced that they practice some sort of black magic in this place, everything just worked seamlessly. You get the sense that they actually care :D

Beautiful boutique hotel

A lovely modern boutique hotel! The staff were so friendly and helpful and the breakfast was exceptional. We had a twin room which was a good size, very clean and the beds though on the firm side were comfy. A great choice if you are wanting accommodation outside of the Old Town.

I didn’t make it for breakfast.

The hotel doesn’t have dental kits. I thought I don’t have to think about it. In the room is the set-up for coffee and a kettle but no coffee or tea at all.

The location was great, the breakfast was amazing too

The room did not have a view at all, it had another building right next to it therefore i had to keep the curtains closed at all times. Also a lot of noises coming from the corridor which kept you up
