If you want to visit Dartmouth, this place has to be considered!

Rare for Dartmouth - this property, although 'town centre' - had parking which made a huge difference. a great location - a 3 or 4 minute walk and you were in the heart of Dartmouth, everything was just as it should be. Loved this place and will return

It would have been nice if there was just a small carton of milk in the fridge and maybe a bit more in the way of coffee . Yes, we could go out and buy these staples, but after a long drive it would have been nice to just sit down and make a cuppa!

Nice but needs a spruce up

Great location, onsite parking was good although a little tight in some spaces, even for a smaller car, apartment met our needs with towels and bedding and comfortable accommodation, everything was there if you wanted a longer stay, all cutlery, towels and so on, we had a river view through the approaching street which I think most apartments do, this was nice

our particular apartment was a little tired in places, the unit behind the toilet was showing bad signs of wear and tear as was the flooring in the bathroom, the badly worn out sofa was covered with some stretch covers to hide the worn out areas.

Great location, a few limitations but worked well generally

The location, good size bathroom, coffee and tea bags provided. Liked 2nd double bed plus single bed in 2nd bedroom: useful. Liked the shower. Parking space was a valued addition.

Dated furniture in main room, which was either dark / black that would benefit from an upgrade. Balcony table looking very tired (not surprising as close to sea but needs a change now). Wall of main room needs repair as 2 places with paint/ wall chipped away. Very narrow kitchen needs a grater and a large bowl for salad / crisps / sharp knives to cut vegetables, large baking tray for a lasagna/ quiche etc. A general uplift to the sitting room and balcony needed. Parking tight - space small, narrow. Our car is not that big but was mostly out of the garage - good news is that the outer area can take it.

The front bedroom : bed was uncomfortable and awkward to get in and out due to layout and the cupboard was flimsy and in the way , also couldn't be used as stuffed full of extra duvets and cushions. The kitchen is very dark.

Extreme noise from other apartment

Good location

The room above was occupied by the noisiest group we have ever had the unfortunate experience of. All night noise, banging and shouting non stop. My children were unable to sleep. The noise continued until 7am after I had asked the group of men at 2am to stop. There is no one available overnight at the property to support guests in such circumstances.

A great stay.

Location was great and the flat had everything that was needed for a comfortable stay. There was good access to a lovely enclosed area for both dog and people to enjoy. The cleaner was very welcoming and helpful.

A minor point is the sofas were very comfortable but needed new covers.

Bathroom, beds, location, parking space. Very quiet with windows closed.

Sofa was worn and needs attention. One wobbly dining room chair. Lock on bathroom was very stiff. Double bed room was small and needed second bed side table was very small for two. No second set of drawers in a double bedroom. Parking places were a bit dirty and very tight but appreciated the cushioning.

The property was exceptionally clean and well equipped. the location is perfect, just a short walk from all the shops and restaurants

Sofa covers are ripped so looks tatty which is a shame. Property lacks some more personal touches but is perfectly well equipped for a short stay.

great location with both good and poor bits in the apartment.

kitchen was undersold - got all needed equipment including full oven despite being "compact". Bathroom (shower only) was good size and power shower was great. Beds were comfortable. sound insulation from neighbours was good. lounge was adequate space and sitting for 4, as was dining table. Was very convenient to explore Dartmouth on foot. Recommend Museum, Castle and National Trust gardens / properties over the ferry.

1. Lounge sofa and chairs were very shabby - see photos. 2. Blinds getting to "falling apart". Bedroom at rear far too compact - squeeze round bed sideways. 3. missing few bits in kitchen; reported and hopefully replaced now. 4. Room inventories were essentially fiction! lots not there; reported and confirmed "don't worry". 5. Parking space is VERY tricky; made more so by staff car in entrance way. You will NOT get large vehicle in here! 6. Location was not as originally described when we booked a few months ago - then appeared to be right on riverside but is actually up a side street with very partial river view. original turned out to be HQ location. ... so bit disappointed by that. 7. original description had "private bathroom" and "shower room & toilet" which strongly implied en-suite plus bathroom; wrong! only single shower room. hopefully now corrected by owner!

Wasn't a river view like I was expecting when I booked. Just a couple of small pointers. No salt & pepper and the corkscrew wasn't great but the rest of the facilities were excellent.

The staff went out of thier way for us, we are really grateful. Without thier support the holiday would not have gone ahead. The flat was very clean, the kitchen layout bit odd, we had a problem with shower door which was fixed on request by cleaner... she was really helpful.

There was no long mirror, other than that it was no complaint. The balcony table has rust, so we didn't use it.

Fantastic stay

Fantastic apartment as before with great views. Very clean and tidy. Ideal location to centre, ferry, harbour and shops. Very spacious inside and the balcony is lovely.

Parking was an issue again and quite noisy neighbours above us. A few nights of broken sleep but it's to be expected during the holidays. Some oven shelves would be great we do eat out all the time as it was difficult to cook many items on just the grill pan

Nice flat in a great town

Property is well located, well equipped and furnished and very well cleaned.

However, all of the parking that is advertised is difficult to access and two of the spaces are only usable by the smallest cars. The management partially redressed this by allocating a space in a private car park some 10 minutes walk from the flat.

Dartside 1 was an excellent place to stay. We will definitely book again. Best location.

Location was the best, you could park the car and walk down to the front. So no need for car once you were there. Excellent apartment.

Superb

The apartment was great- very clean, recently decorated, comfortable and modern. Location was fab - a minutes walk to the river front of the superb Dartmouth, easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. Staff were amazing - answering all questions and queries, even finding us alternative parking place for our large car. Amy was brilliant. Thank you so much for a wonderful week.

Great location and useful under cover parking. Washer/dryer is brilliant.

Provision of a slimline dishwasher would have been useful. Strange shape of bedroom with balcony meant there was only 1 bedside cabinet.
