The closeness to the town

The shower was not usable and for an elderly person the bath was very difficult to get out of.The central heating system needs to be looked at as you cannot control the temperature or when it comes on , it’s very noisy and the door to the boiler should be vented?

Lovely property, great location, got everything you need. It just needs a few quid spending on it.

The location was superb, very close to everything. The rooms were all large & had everything we needed. Parking was a bit tight to make sure my car was tucked in enough but it was OK. The property is huge inside & very spacious. I would recommend it.

The kitchen larder door was missing. The lino held together with tape, The sink was badly stained! The bathroom had mould on the tiles & we had to search for the plugs. The bathroom door had also been forced & was help together with screws & no latch on it. The central heating stat didn't work, the boiler was either on or off. The bathroom window was clear glass & therefore you had to have the blind permanently closed. The blinds are all broken too. Being a building surveyor I tend to notice more than most people as this is my job. People have to work hard for their money & the property needs a few hundred pounds of investment to make it fantastic!

Comfortable and convenient apartment in the centre of Dartmouth.

Comfortable, reasonably well-equipped flat in a central (but surprisingly quiet) location near the market. Parking right outside - unusual in the centre of Dartmouth! Very convenient for our stay for a walking weekend, and the owners were very accommodating when we wanted to arrive a day earlier than originally planned.

Decoratively a bit tired (though everything worked), and frosted glass would have been useful next to the toilet. Quite 'impersonal', e.g. no local guides or reading material. The views from the windows aren't great, but we knew that before booking so nothing to complain about.

Excellent apartment

Liked the fact toiletries etc were supplied when though we didn't use. Tea/coffee basket was a nice touch. Towels supplied-lovely as less luggage we needed to bring. Clean and homely. Would be excellent for a longer stay with the laundry facilities.

No TV in bedroom. This was a little disappointing

We had a lovely stay and would definitely book this apartment again.

It was clean and had everything you needed. It was well situated for access to the town and harbour.

The only thing that I think could have been better was another bath towel per person( personal preference I suppose).

Apart from the parking everything was perfect

The location is very central. It’s well furnished and very good value.

The only negative comment would be that we didn’t know we had fo park in a specific space as it was not in any instructions or on the parking permit, we found out by someone complaining to my partner (he is unable to drive to had to wait for me to return from my charity hike - but we moved the car as soon as we could) not only did this person complain to my partner we also got an email saying someone complained. If this was clear in the instructions or even on the permit it would have been fine. The annoying thing was there was 11 spaces and at any one time we were there there was a maximum of 5 used so people could still park. That my only complaint.

Wonderful as usual. This is our second stay and we’ll definitely be back.

We love the location of the property first, but the fact that the decor is a bit ‘tired’ also works for us as it means it’s location is affordable and it’s very easy to manage and keep clean when we stay.

The single duvet on my bed was very thin in places so could be replaced for future (I couldn’t let anyone know as it was Saturday night and office would have been closed for weekend)

Excellent location for a few days in Dartmouth

Location - right in the middle of Dartmouth, easy access (didn’t have to navigate any of the really narrow streets) Parking - allocated parking right outside of the front door Clean - although the furnishings were tired, everything was very clean Shower - lovely hot, powerful shower

The location was amazing and having the parking space was a very welcome bonus! We would absolutely re visit The Mews.

In parts the property looked a bit tired, and could be upgraded at very little cost. (The bathroom sink cupboard/shower curtain etc) Not really a negative just an observation.

Very enjoyable stay.

The property was in a perfect location with the added bonus of a parking space. Quiet surroundings and very comfortable beds. Spotlessly clean with all the necessary facilities. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend.

Easy to access properly in the centre of Dartmouth that’s clean and spacious, a gem in the heart of Dartmouth!

This property is smack bang in the middle of Dartmouth, the location could not be any better, it’s clean, tidy and well maintained. The parking space you get with the property is right next to the front door and not a squash like most parking spaces in Dartmouth! This property is dog friendly as well so even the pooch had a lovely time!

A very comfortable stay

Excellent location a few minutes walk to shops and cafes.Such a bonus to be able to park right outside the front door as parking can be a nightmare in Dartmouth. Kitchen well stocked with cutlery,plates, glasses etc. Nice and clean throughout.

Decor is a little dated and the bathroom is definitely in need of an update. Toilet started to leak whilst we were there.
