Great location for town shops, ongoing transport to travel to attractions. Great view. Lots to do.
Arrival time is more flexible with a lockbox. Easy to use . You do not need to collect from a different location so convenient .
There was no way to open and close the high level windows. A pole like you have for conservatory velux type windows would have been handy. Did not spoil the stay but would have liked to have had the option.

Fabulous location and view, nice apartment.
The location is spectacular. The balcony overlooking the Dart estuary is the perfect place to sit and enjoy a morning coffee or evening cocktail, watching the ferry coming and going or the steam trains entering and leaving Kingswear station on the far side. The living room and main bedroom are very spacious, and the second bedroom is a good size too. The kitchen is small but functional and fairly well equipped, although probably not well enough for gourmet chefs. The flat is light and airy and comfortably furnished with the necessities.
We had some problems with the equipment in the flat: a room heater and the clothes drier were not working and the kitchen tap was barely flowing. The owners sent a maintenance person round and provided us with a heater very promptly.

There is a moth infestation in the rear bedroom. The ladies clothes in the wardrobe had moths inside them as did other personal items. The curtain linings below the window had mould staining.
Some towels had stains and one towel was extremely frayed and threadbare.
No shelves in bathroom and not enough towel rails. Hooks on inside of bathroom door were loose. Toilet roll holder very rusty.
4 out of 6 drinking mugs dirty and 3 cereal bowls with food particles on. Teaspoon also unclean. Yellow stain on double duvet cover.

Absolutely fantastic stay and would definitely stay here again in the future
Great location, all the amenities that we needed were there, nice balcony at the front overlooking the river although it was a bit too cold for us to make the most of that and the property was clean and tidy
The only thing that we found was that it was quite difficult to regulate the heat in the property with the radiators but this was only a very minor thing and it was probably more down to user error than anything else

Whilst not a major thing, didn't reply to my Booking message halfway through the stay. Wasn't major, but as they were open on Sunday would've hoped for a response.
Kitchen facilities were decent but pans etc were scratched to hell and no sponge to clean with!

The location as describe was absolutely superb, loved that there was a balcony with stunning views. On Saturday afternoon, we watched a live concert from our balcony and singing Sweet Caroline tune - superb! The carpet on the staircase in the corridor was brand new, which did add a nice feel walking upstairs to the apartment. In the kitchen we have used some facilities, but would recommend adding a tea towel. I was pleased to see tea and coffee on arrival, which was great after a long journey wanting a warm cuppa. Loved that there was washing up liquid and a little sponge, but nothing to dry with afterwards. There was exact amount for the toilet roll in the WC :) The neighbours were quiet, the area to my surprised was also quiet after 10:30 pm. The keys were in the lock box, and the code for the lock box received couple days prior arrival. Highly recommend to arrive at the accommodation first to get a parking ticket from the accommodation room and at the same time we have unloaded before parking as we wouldn't wish to carry this amount of luggage that we had 10 min up the hill where car park was :( All in all, we would stay there again, with hope there are improvements as suggested to a storing cabinet in the bathroom, charging points and replacement mattress to the sofa bed.
There are slight improvements to be made at this property. For starters there are no USB plug ins (not a huge problem), but to my surprise there was no shaving charger or toothbrush 230 w charging point. Secondly the bathroom was ok, had no bathroom but a shower. As we were a family, you can imagine the amount of bathroom items we would need to store in the bathroom. To my surprise, there was not a single shelf in the bathroom. There is a n opportunity to be made to improve it by putting a small standing little cabinet, or a small little table at least to store the items somewhere for the bathroom. We used a little table from the living room at the time, fitted nicely in the corner by the sink. Also, very disappointing the sofa bed is in need of replacement or at least minimum a new mattress. How can somebody sleep on it, it is awful, you could feel every single spring. It is advertised for 5 people to stay. One night we have used a sofa bed as the double bed was too small for 2 adults as we love our own King size bed back home :) but after 1 night's sleep, it was not possible to sleep on that sofa bed a minute longer, painful. Also, there is only 1 wardrobe in the second bedroom, disappointing not to have a small wardrobe in the main bedroom, only chest of drawers. Could easily replace a chest of drawers with a Wardrobe that has drawers inside it. Also, it was unclear in the book binder advising as we were staying at thi accomodation we would be able to use 10% at cafes, restaurants, etc, but no advising how we use this opportunity, needs more clarity in the binder. Views were amazing from the balcony, lovely and sunny in the mornings. Just loved watching all the boats on the river and the steam train.
Double Bed was small but very comfortable for one!

The shower wasn’t the most powerful and the bathroom would really benefit from having a shelf fitted.
The water pressure was poor, if you flushed the toilet there was just a drip from the kitchen tap.
Being on the second floor there are plenty of stairs to the property.
I was very aware of this and I coped even with my bad knees, it was worth it for the view!
Kingsize bed should be standard now a days as a double is just too small.
My husband slept in the twin room!

The kitchen equipment although adequate was basic. Only 2 teaspoons and I did miss decent coffee for breakfast. Although I took coffee with me there was nothing to make it in either a filter machine or cafetiere. Despite instructions we had trouble working the heaters.

We had a very comfortable and relaxing weekend in a lovely location.
The location is 100% perfect and the apartment very clean and comfortable. Good quality furnishings and bedding together with a well equipped kitchen make this a first class holiday home.
There is no wardrobe or hanging rail in the front bedroom but plenty of drawers whereas the twin bedroom has a large wardrobe but no drawers. This isn’t practical and it would be easy to remedy.
The apartment is accessed by steep stairs which would make it unsuitable for people with mobility issues and also small children.

Location and Views excellent, also management staff for the property very helpful. Bedding and beds very clean and comfortable. New Bathroom was great (But little thing no shelving)
