Location location!

Spacious apartment on the waterfront, fabulous view, comfortable beds, clean, fully fitted kitchen, decent size lounge, & a great base for our weekend. Would definitely stay again.

A little tired in parts, front bedroom smelt of cigarette smoke when we arrived but we opened the sliding doors to fresh it up. Could do with a toaster, used the oven grill instead. Main bedroom needs a mirror. Sliding doors are stiff & could do with servicing

Great location but very dated apartment

Fantastic location with a beautiful view and great to have an allocated parking space a few minutes walk away. The beds were comfortable too. My rating is a 7 mainly due to the view.

The apartment was very tired and facilities basic. The cooker is very old, there was no toaster, etc. The apartment needs money spent on it to bring it up to standard and cleanliness. There are many stairs to get to the apartment and it isn't the nicest apartment block unfortunately.

Great location, easy to access property. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The views are amazing. Car parking is around 10 minutes walk away.

A little nosey first thing in the morning with deliveries, but doesn’t go on for long.

Overnight stay at Riverside 2

The apartment is situated in a very good location. Overlooking the harbour/ferry The beds are comfortable. Free parking, although not on site, just a short walk away. We were lucky to find a spot outside to unload and pack up again. We paid a fair price when we booked, so we can't really complain. And it was only for 1 night

The property is in need of updating. It is dated. The plug for the electric heater in the main bedroom won't actually go into the socket. There is a full-length mirror, but it is falling apart. The doors are old and grubby, as is the stairwell leading to the apartment . There are quite a few steps to get to the apartment, which is on the 2nd floor. Okay, if you don't have any mobility issues. The balcony door in the living room is very hard to open

Short break to attend a family funeral. Ideal for a few days.

Much larger than it looks on the photos. Fantastic views. Central location. Lovely toiletries. Nice welcome packs for making brews. Excellent communication from the owners resulting in us being anle to check in early. Only £30 for the dog (we thought it was £50). Main beds very comfortable. Warm and cosy. Great value.

Was a little old fashioned in decor but minor point. The sofa bed was not comfy. Loud deliveries early in the morning.

Beautiful riverside apartment

The location was easy for restaurants and shops. The view from lounge and bedroom was just beautiful.

Would have been nice to have full length mirror and more in bathroom to hang towels.

Bad

The noise level was awful it began at 6am every morning with the bins being put out and the bottles getting recycled from the Italian next door. The coop delivered at 6/6.30am every day. The bathroom did not have a lock and there were no vanity mirror In the main bedroom or living areas at all.

Outstanding view, good location, well stocked kitchen, comfortable, clean. Warm,

No blind in bathroom meaning anyone in the kitchen gets full view of anyone washing or showering. No coat hooks fir wet coats.

A truly wonderful location that gave us huge pleasure.A great flat for a holiday in Dartmouth. Handy for town and harbour walks. Really comfortable beds.superbly clean.

Only a two-seater settee in the lounge when the flat is able to cater for 6 people which was a big disappointment and we had trouble with the oven working which was difficult to manage

Fantastic view over Dartmouth harbour. , lovely veranda to sit on watching the hustle and bustle of the busy harbour . Everything you need for fantastic home from home holiday! , within easy reach of the fantastic restaurants and shops .

The nesting seagulls were a noisy nuisance . ( bring earplugs ) .floors creaked a little . It’s a working port so can be busy work can start very early.

A perfectly acceptable apartment with all basic needs catered for. The view is stunning.

The view from the apartment - right on to the river. And the beds were extremely comfortable (but that's a bit subjective. Not everyone likes the same type of mattress)

The entrance. Can't be helped but the front door is approached up a very narrow, shabby, stairwell.
