Perfect Again.We love it

The accommodation is so comfortable for 4 adults. It’s got everything you need It is always very clean. 2nd time staying. Its is a perfect position in Dartmouth. The staff are like friends. Nothing too much trouble from everyone. Can’t rate it high enough. 19 stars 🌟

Exceptional place & location

This is our second visit, this year Wonderful location, excellent facilities.

100% recommend, really augmented my time down there

Visited during the food festival so was happy to get anywhere, TBH. But wow, what a place… totally our own, full of everything we needed, everything immaculate and perfectly located. I really don’t go OTT on these review things, but I was soooo impressed and really recommend it to anyone, and I’ll be back next year…

Beautiful apartment in wonderful location

Location was amazing. Right in the centre so everything was in walking distance but still quiet at night and the apartment had beautiful views.

Wonderful and would stay there again.

From arrival we was made very welcome and given all the details to our apartment. We were also given a 25% discount from the restaurant and to note that the food was exceptional, we were also given a permit to park in the carpark free of charge all week. This was a beautiful clean apartment that had everything you could need. We had a wonderful stressfree stay here.

A pleasant stay in a convenient location.

Central and convenient location. Shower works well. Spacious lounge with enough sofas and bean bags to provide comfort without feeling cramped. Tea supplied. Next to m&s for easy access to provisions . Fluffy towels. Neutral decor. Plenty of hangers. Enough lamps and light for reading. Good supply of dishwasher tablets.

Missing kitchen utensils. Not enough cutlery. Minimal provision for soaps, shampoos and detergent for washing machine. Although we did not use the washing machine, have noted the lack of clothes horse. Broom/brush and pan would be useful. Mattresses were thin and uncomfortable. No air conditioning, so had to keep windows open with seagulls making a racket most of the night and early hours of the morning. Expect it would be extremely hot during heat waves. Would be useful to provide fans. Hum from the extractor? on pub roof very loud. WiFi hit and miss.

Lovely, spacious apartment in good location

Very spacious and modern. Excellent location for everything in Dartmouth. Car not necessary unless you want to explore outside the town. Parking permit included. Powerful shower. Main bed comfy (second bed not so). Huge TV in sitting area (but very limited channels).

The marketing said there was a terrace and sea view. This is not so unless it means the pub beer garden (which has no sea view anyway). We expected our own terrace and feel the description is misleading. There were very limited TV channels. The description stated there would be satellite channels. Check in is from 4pm and not 3pm as stated. Wife missed a full length mirror and long hanging space for dresses. Also more hangers would be good. We chose the rear bedroom for our first night and found the bed very uncomfortable. We moved to the front room afterwards which was much better. A freezer section in the fridge would be good as we like ice in drinks. Although the pub is downstairs we did not feel much connection with it. We tried to eat there on our first evening at 8pm but were told the kitchen was closing and that it was more of a daytime pub. Although we had a 25% discount voucher for a meal there, we did not use it as there are much better pubs and places to eat nearby.

The George and Dragon was delightful, it really made our stay.

The location was excellent. All the staff were extra nice - so hospitable. We enjoyed hanging out at the bar and dining room. Great food. We loved the amenities in the generously sized apartment. - it had kitchen, washing machine and dryer, great bath, and more.

Excellent Fabulous Best ever new year holiday

From arriving to leaving absolutely everything was perfect. The apartment is tip top. Free car parking pass bonus staff so very helpful and polite. Location was brilliant. Place was nice.

We found a empty coke bottle next to the bed side table, a false nail and a clump of hair under the bed, empty loo roll and dirty tissue in the drawer. 2 pair's of socks in another drawer. A siver ring under the bed. Sweet papers under the furniture. Mattress on both beds were awful. Very noisy, didn't get much sleep.

Lovely spacious apartment in the heart of Dartmouth. Both rooms were double and roomy with TVs in both rooms (which we didn't use). Quiet location apart from the nesting seagulls but nothing you can do about that! Literally a minute walk from the shops and restaurants, great location. Parking permit was also brilliant and the car park is a stones throw away from the apartment, its not a guaranteed space but we parked with no issues but the car park does fill up quickly so luck of the draw. Pub does nice food and the owner makes lovely homemade cakes you can buy which were huge portions. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The apartment was located over a pub but stopped serving dinner at 7 and closed altogether by 7.30. So all the time We were there we could not eat in the pub.

Perfect 4 days away and the weather was on our side too …

The location was great. The apartment was clean and offered all we needed, except a corkscrew but the bar downstairs sorted that problem. We had been left a few essentials supplies on our arrival which was a nice touch. We didn’t realise until a member of staff told us, that we got 25% off the food in the pub below, and the food was good.

I would say that the cabinet in the bathroom could do with an upgrade and maybe a handle/grab-bar for getting out of the shower. Also a hand towel in the bathroom and hand wash was practically empty in the bathroom. There was a water leak at the door of the property, which started to smell in the entrance way.

Our first visit to Dartmouth. We will definitely come again and would book this accommodation again if it was available.

This apartment is spacious, clean and very homely. A great place to stay. Great location, in the heart of Dartmouth. We stayed in February and there were plenty of parking spaces in the nearby car park.

Being an apartment in the eaves we were expecting stairs, however the final set of stairs were quite steep and there was no hand rail. It is self-catering however a small tray of complimentary tea, coffee and milk sachets would have made this 10 out of 10 as we arrived quite late after a very long drive and had to go and find an open shop. Maybe a map showing the location of food shops could be provided in a welcome pack?
