This is a little gem of a cottage, well equipped and comfortable. Breakfast on the terrace was lovely. The location is very handy for walking into town. The staff at the agency where we picked up the keys were really nice and helpful.
The stairs are not recommended for anyone with any mobility issues but we were fine.

It's location, furnishings and decor. The owners also provided very useful information with regards local walks, cafés and restaurants. We would love to return.
Parking, as you have to park in the main car park rather than by the property. We were there during the Royal Regatta week and had to park even further away in the park and ride out of town. A small price to pay though for staying in the center of town.

First visit to Dartmouth, absolutely beautiful place.
Pixie cottage was perfect, spotlessly clean, fully equipped and comfortable.
