Beautiful properly. Liked the open kitchen, dining, lounge area which was very tastefully furnished. Also liked the fact that this space was on the upper floor (the bedrooms were on the ground floor) providing a view over the roof tops of Dartmouth.
Location was fantastic, just a few minutes walk to the centre, shops, bars, cafes and harbour.

Lynda was very good with all her communication about our stay, the house was very clean, very comfortable and had everything we needed for a home from home feel. Location was excellent it was quiet but only a five minute walk to pubs, shops and the waterfront to watch the world go by and the parking permit was an added bonus. Would not hesitate to recommend to others.
Not an issue for us but there are steps both up to the house and stairs within the house which maybe an issue for those with mobility issues

What a fabulous house, we will definitely be back. Comfy beds, beautiful decor, easy key pick up, clear and informative contact with the host, close to town, parking easy. Just simply fabulous
