Amazingly comfortable/spacious - will definitely stay again when back in Dartmouth

Only slight downside (which we expected/knew about in advance) is the walk back up steep hill from Dartmouth Town centre

Beautiful views and the property was smart and clean and had everything we might need. Good space outside for our puppy dog to explore.

Very spacious, practical property. Clean and nicely presented. Convenient private parking, nice and light.

Unfortunately the estuary view we were expecting from the booking.com photos is now obscured 75% by the neighbours overgrown hedges.

We had an amazing weekend in such beautiful accommodation in the perfect location.

The house was fabulous. It is furnished to a high standard and spec and was exceptionally clean and tidy. The accommodation had everything you need and nothing that you didnt. The location is amazing, being so high up the hill the views down to the harbour and town were breath taking. And the icing on the cake was spacious private parking on the drive. We had a fantastic weekend break.

It's always a good choice to stay in Dartmouth!

Perfect set up for what we needed, very clean, and the garden was a lovely sun trap to make the most of the un expected sunny afternoon we had there.

We understood the property was in an elevated position, and whilst we were happy to walk up hill to it, this may be a factor to consider when booking if mobility is an issue. The views are great, and I suspect that the trimming of the hedging is in the maintenance plans for the property owners to ensure it doesn't become obscured. We would stay again.

Easy check-in, 15/20 min walk to town, set on top of the hill overlooking Dartmouth and Kingsweir with stunning views. Well thought out house, everything we needed and very comfortable

A great few days for the family to celebrate my sons Passing Out ceremony at BRNC

Very clean, with all the facilities needed. Communication with house manager was great, who was very accomodating. As described, on top of the hill, but access via car or even bus from the town, was very easy. The views over Dartmouth were fantastic! Would definitely recommend.
