Open plan and views
Metal frame beds were squeaky/ noisey every time you moved. Extremely steep hill into town !

Very spacious, even with 5 adults. Clean, bright, beautiful and modern inside. Open plan living area was upstairs with small balcony off dining area, fabulous views across to Kingswear. Comfy beds, good showers. Quiet residential road, mostly bungalows, not overlooked.
First impression on parking at house was underwhelming, ordinary small looking house, no garden, bins outside, gravelled area needed weeding. Contrast to luxury feeling in house. Preferred not to strip beds on leaving. Instructions for recycling boxes could be clearer.
