Lovely big property with comfortable beds. However limit the amount of cars you bring.

The keys were easy to access from the key safe at the front door.

There is only one parking space however we travelled with multiple cars and parking was almost impossible close by. Most of the roads have double yellow lines.

Enjoyable stay, highly recommend

This is a lovely home, less than a 10minute walk down a gentle hill into the town centre. The parking space is a real bonus. The lounge/kitchen is below street level at the front with the kitchen facing the garden. It was nice and cool considering the 25c heat outside! Check in instructions were easy, and lots of local info was provided which we found really useful. The shower pressure was great, and the bed comfy.

Really homely property, particularly liked the lower floor, kitchen and lounge set up , which was really sociable.

Enjoyed our visit to Dartmouth. Accommodation was adequate but the description of outstanding was a bit overblown

Property was fairly average attention to detail was minimal

Had a very pleasant few days in Dartmouth snd enjoyed our time at Kessel House

The kitchen and den area were comfortable and cosy, 2 showers and 2 toilets was a bonus and parking was a plus. Not too far to walk into town and a garden area to sit outside and enjoy the evening sun

The beds were small, the chubb lock on the back door was very stiff and temperamental and the upstairs bathroom had a drain smell on a few occasions. Finally 4pm is quite late to access the property I think 2pm or 3pm would be better.

A cozy home in Dartmouth, perfect for a restful and easy vacation.

The home was incredibly comfortable and clean. It was warm and inviting with a big kitchen and cozy sofas to curl up in. It was a huge space and had all the amenities. We felt very content with our stay. Highly recommend.

Excellent, would recommend.

The property was stunning, so beautifully decorated and with everything you could need. The pre arrival information was very detailed, accurate and sent in plenty of time. The location was great, just a 10 minute walk to the main town with all the shops, bars and restaurants. The parking space was a bonus in a town where parking can be difficult. Whilst the space is a bit tight, it is no more so than the majority of Dartmouth where space is generally at a premium.

Fantastic - second time and there will be a third!

Love the decor, large kitchen with adjoining lounge plus extra lounge upstairs. Bedrooms are spacious. Great to have 2 bathrooms. Car parking space whilst a little tight fit my Range Rover evoque into it! Great location just a short walk up the hill from the centre.

Loved everything bar the pillows - they are filled with air!!!! Had to find them in half to get some height otherwise you just sink into them!

Spacious house close to town

Beautiful house with lots of space to spread out, comfortable beds and 2 bathrooms with decent showers so perfect for travelling with teens! Location perfect for walking into the centre of Dartmouth, which has plenty of shops and restaurants and is a great base for exploring South Devon.

Parking space at the back of the house a bit tricky to negotiate with a big car. Lower ground floor had a persistent smell of damp (but it was quite a rainy week!).

Coo, calm oasis in a beautiful little seaside town.

This house is particularly great in the heat. The lower ground floor (below street level) is a beautiful semi-open plan kitchen and living room. When we stepped into it having driven through the worst heatwave the UK has ever experienced in a non-airconditioned car, we were greeted by a cool, wood-floored 21 degrees C. Utter relief! Fun vintage decor combined with modern comfort, like a stove on which you can actually cook for a big family, a vast flatscreen TV, power showers in both bathrooms. Plenty of comfy sofas and chairs to be found in both lounges. A back yard sheltered from the wind and big enough to have a few friends round. Quiet area, yet a short walk to the waterfront and no problem picking up groceries etc.

Someone needs to mow the grass!
